mellison24 Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 Anybody watch the 25th anniversary episode? If so we're you surprised at Stacey killing Archie? Did you recoil in horror at Bradley's death? Do you have any ideas about where future storylines may lead?

Tim Southampton Rover Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 I thought it was a great episode. Didn't expect Stacey to be the murderer but looking back it seems so obvious that she could be up there with the likes of Phil, Janine etc.

Then got convinced it was Bradley. Also. I think Danielle wasn't just Ronnie's daughter. I think Archie was her dad *taps nose*

Ste B Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 Oh my god. The worst thread ever. Do you have to post on everything ???
tcj_jones Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 Well Bradley's dead. But on the bright side, Stacey's back on the market.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 I also thought Archie was the father too which is why he made her get rid of it.

thenodrog Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 I'd rather suck worms for half an hour than watch depressing @#/? about an assortment of gangsters, crooks ne'er do wells mixed in with a liberal sprinkling of social class 7's and 8's. I truly despair that anyone with half a brain cell can take this seriously yet so many do. In fact the popularity of soaps and reallity TV makes me despair about the state of the nation. Set your standards higher people.

You could be watching Jeremy Kyle.

I will apologise for creating this ###### topic then haha. I must admit, having looked on MG, that goose vs swan thread is the best thread EVER.

Set your standards higher people. Funny you should say that Gordon. I did my post-grad with a person who got a 1st at Oxford and was one of those people who were so clever it was slightly un-nerving, and she absolutely loved Neighbours, as did many other students who were not blaggers who'd spend most of the evenings in the pub and then wing it later like me. I agree with your sentiment though, and I find comfort and solice in Charlie Brooker's shows.

Totally agree Gordon,a perfect example of cheap tv at its worst that lacks any creativity or thought process in how these programs are made. How people can watch this sh*te is beyond me .

Backroom trueblue Posted March 10, 2010 Backroom Posted March 10, 2010 OMG!!! I've seen everything now.... Just goes to show what nearly 2 weeks with no footy can do to a person... they start watching SOAPS!!!!
Claytons Left Boot Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 I just love Eastenders, won't hear a bad word said about it. I just love the way they say 'yeah' at the end of every sentence, (gaowin dehn the Vic yeah). And I just love the way they shout everything at each other rather than speak. Grite, innit?
DeadlyDirk Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 It embarrases me to see an Eastenders thread on a Rovers message board, I'm not angry, just disappointed.
