broadsword Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Why did we let Benni go and keep Roberts again? 'cos Benni is a naughty boy and no-one would buy Roberts.

Hughesy Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Fantastic save by Reina........we dont deserve to be losing thats for sure
MarkBRFC71 Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Grella is quality at sitting infront of the back four and spraying passes. Andrews isn't Premier League class. End of. Waste of a shirt. And yes we've needed a box to box centre mid for about 4 years now. Agreed. Grella reminds me a lot of Batty.
begresko Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Grow up you t1t. Just because people post opinions that you disgree with you want to ignore them. Is that the messageboard version of putting your fingers in your ears and going "la la la I can't hear you"? Part of me hopes we get relegated then people like you will fook off and jump on the United/Chelsea/Arsenal bandwagon. Football is about opinions, and you are not always right. Wow thats a pathetic responce started by a very decent effort from our boys
Torgeir Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Good performance, difference today was the goalkeeping.
dazmaz Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 unlucky not to get a point, maybe sam will get the point and start with a 442 even if we dont have enough strikers to do it every week
Backroom Tom Posted February 28, 2010 Backroom Posted February 28, 2010 Unlucky today let down by Robbo and some slack defending it would seem
hollowsr Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Good performance and unlucky to lose, Liverpool are very poor and if they finish 4th the other sides will have screwed up massively., Yes we've lost again but that was a performance you can be proud of, besides one individual error by Robbo we matched them all day long. Well done Rovers!
Miker Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Bit bitchy quoting someone to say that, no real need to advertise who you're ignoring. Anyway, click on your pull-down menu on the navigation bar at the top > manage ignored users. I actually didnt know. I clicked on his name and there was no option and while reporting him was a tempting prospect, I thought it was slightly overboard.
Exiled_Rover Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I wish Mascherano was the one who'd had his leg broken in two rather than Ramsey. He's absolute scum.
Plastic Head Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Best effort in a tough away game for a while. Hard luck really. Bring on the spurs...
SamTheShrew Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 main thing today is the performance, we asked questions all game - that's all that matters when playing the bigger teams. Shsme at the end, Reina's parry could have gone right onto one of our players. Get Dunny back fit, we need that creative driving spark in the middle
broadsword Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Scroll down further and you can type in the fast reply box, there's no need to quote someone.
MarkBRFC71 Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Wow thats a pathetic responce started by a very decent effort from our boys Sorry, but I cannot stand people who think they are right, and completely refuse to hear the opposite view. Football is all about opinions, and I have as much right to express mine as Miker does his. I don't agree at all with his - but I'm an adult so I won't put him on ignore. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of him. And yes, we've done OK second half but only since we went 4-4-2 - let's hope BFS takes note.
Mr. E Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 We've rarely had such a good performance in an away game this season, then again we'll rarely find a team that's there for the taking as much as Liverpool. The reason why we lost this game is one - Chris Samba. Worst individual performance of the entire season right here. Pretty much every one of his touches was a tragedy, both in defense and attack. Destroyed all our efforts today.

Well done Rovers! Spot on....No dount Zabby & Waggles will be on complaining, but today we showed real fight and really should of got more out of that game
MarkBRFC71 Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I actually didnt know. I clicked on his name and there was no option and while reporting him was a tempting prospect, I thought it was slightly overboard. Reporting me for what? Not having the same opinion as you? Grow up.
sleepyjack Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I wish Mascherano was the one who'd had his leg broken in two rather than Ramsey. He's absolute scum. Nice. Circumstances have kept me from seeing a lot of Rovers games this season, but after watching this one I can't say I'm too displeased with the way our team is set up. Not really gonna set the world alight but we don't have the players to do that anyway.
broadsword Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I'm reporting you for that, you schlaaaaagg!

Guest Kamy100 Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Good performance from Rovers, unlucky at the end against a poor Liverpool side. Lets hope we can produce something similar against Spurs next up.

Majiball Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 You said this: your bitching about the ref giving fouls against us. The ref has been pretty poor, he's been blowing at every physical contact between two players. It really ruins the game when we can't harass the opposition without giving away a foul. Wenger whinges about this all the time, but the truth is that not every club is blessed with such expensive and incredible talent such as Torres, so the only way to stop players like this is to make their life hell on the pitch. How are players supposed to do this if the ref blows for fouls for every little thing? I then said that: to be fair the ref just let Chimbo off with a rather naughty foul on Lucas. You then change your tune: from aiming at the ref blowing against us, to all fouls???? Which is why it's ridiculous! He's letting the actual serious fouls go unpunished and ruining the game by allowing really soft fouls throughout the game. How do I put people on ignore? I'm applying this piece of advice to you!!
Messi422 Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Wonderful performance, should let Di Santo play but not Roberts.
MarkBRFC71 Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I think you have been drinking acid or something - disagree 100% Me too. I'm just disappointed we didn't go at them from the start with 2 up top and hopefully get a lead to defend. Under Sam we seem to do the opposite - go behind and have a go when it's too late! So frustrating .....
