Eddie, when will Dindane become a decent player? I know you've seen much more of him than I have but he's ripping Chelsea apart today.

Eddie would have a point if Dindane was signed as our target man, but in a 4-3-3 he would be a smashing signing.

His pace is causing Chelsea a bit of trouble, but he's not producing any quality. He's had a couple of good chances to score (just a second a go he had a good one), but he's yet to trouble the keeper. He's Jason Roberts with extra pace, but without the strength. We need more pace in our side, but if all we want is pure pace then we can get that for less and if we are spending 2.5 million we can do better.

If the "meltdown" involves us, it could be a scenario where Sam wanted player X (could be Dindane, could be Lewandowski, could be someone else) and was initially told he could have him. But now that we've finished 10th position, the money has again disappeared... Still hoping I'm wrong and this does not involve us.

Belhadj does look half decent at crossing the ball... I reckon he'd be a good signing but I reckon the news is that Pedersen has signed a new contract or something like that.

Also played in more games and had the benefit of playing for a team that had nothing to play for and just started scoring goals and letting them in at a high rate. Portsmouth towards the end of the season simply went for it, which made all of their attacking players look a bit better.

Pedersen signing a new contract would hardly be a 'total stunner', neither Dindane signing for another club.

I think Drogba had the only one all game

He's by now means world class, but I think he has showed this season and again today that he's not quite as bad as you're trying to make out at times.

He'd be a good addition to our squad from what I've seen this season just so long as it's for £2m or less.

What's the story with Belhadj next season, has anyone shown an interest? He's miles ahead of Gamst at any rate.
