Philip, I've read this 3 times and have to conclude iI've wasted my time. For the life of me I can't see what point you are trying to make. As if we don't know the Trust"'will have to take great caution" and of course they'll have to make "sure that everyone they need to talk to is consulted". Yes a lot of people are on holiday in August although something of this importance ought to take precedence.

As for that second sentence what are you trying to say, is it in code?

OK no news isn't necessarily good news but its the best news we could hope for this week end (and for next week for that matter).

And no, some of the people the Trust will need to talk to will not be sitting by their phones waiting for the call about Rovers nor would they have to prioritise it when the call came.

Also one of the people she follows is https://twitter.com/wga999 that claims to be Ali Syed. His Bio claims "Investor took my company from 53Million USD to 1.2 Billion in two years".

His only post was on 2nd March stating "Wga Transforming business inabilities into abilities".

No idea how real they are but might be worth keeping an eye on.

Edit: Just asked Deepti if she knew anything about the takeover and she replied "Hi..all i can say is nobody possible can take what Ali Syed eyes on.Look forward to be his family as a Blackburn Rover Fan."

As I said, how real they are I have no idea but just because there are few followers doesn't make them untrue. They were started a long while before we knew anything of the Rovers interest.

Couldn't agree more. Perception is reality it seems, and the lesson we learn is that a decent PR team can do wonders.

If Shah ever shows us the colour of his money I suspect him and Nathaniel could post all the old bollux he wants and people will think they are absolutely wonderful.

If Syed fails to come up with any money after he's been knocking around for roughly the same amount of time as Shah, people might look less sympathetically on him.

The takeover stories seem to have a repeated theme - we hear reports of interest, from firstly Shah then Syed, then it goes very quiet - wonder if there is other interest too.

From Syed's apparent comments, they appear keen to do something soon, you would think by the end of the month we will know one way or another.

People on the football side are still working under the premise that a takeover could happen.

That is why money is still quite tight and the books are being carefully watched to make the club more attractive for a sale.
