I remember one minute Man City were a few steps away from severe financial difficulties due to Thaksin's assets being seized, next thing we know they become the richest club in the world without anyone even twigging.

I honestly can't say anymore, I would if I could but I will finish by saying that I am trying to get official confirmation on this from someone connected to the bid, as soon as I can I will post the news but it is proving hard to do so. Will be people by happy or sad well that depends, I would say if that the majority of people are likely not to be happy if what I have heard is true.
