Wind him up and press the button, hours of fun. Only problem is that he only has one point of view, the one note song. Vinjay's the Vuvuzela of the message boards laugh.gif

Truth is, I can sort of see his point (only a little bit though). The problem is that it's just so utterly flawed in every way and he can't see it. And if you don't agree with him then you get dumped in with the rest of civilisation. Logic doesn't apply to Vinjay, insanity does though. Yes, definitely the vuvuzela of message boards but with a massive ego. I imagine being around the bloke for a half an hour is like driving 400 miles with a whiny 8 year old, a car that'll only do 68mph with a severe wobble, a host of rattles that can't be located and a radio that only gets static.

No, much worse than that.

A few people have posted in other threads saying they have heard there has been movement and it seems the club think it'll go through. Seems to be a matter of when, just need to get it sorted and give sam some money.

I dont think people who read these posts read them properly.

There is clearly things happening in the background. We dont know, Nicko doesnt know nor does anyone else because all lines of communication are closed. There is nothing but speculation doing the rounds.

I wouldnt sit around waiting for tonights 11 oclocker or the news tomorrow, there is no news leaking out of Ewood Park, Brockhall, the car park or the Brown Cow. Every avenue of potential news seems to be closed PERIOD.

Nicko any idea which party has made the bid is it the Indian's/Thai's or another and expected time limit for due dilligence?. Also will there be a piece in the People tommorrow?.

The Indian group is clearly 'in the lead' but there does not seem to be a bid or a due diligence stage yet.

However people in and around the club are talking about this process being on and potentialtime-scales.

On the football side, there certainly seems to be a wish to get new money in because the lack of funds right now is causing some distress.

On the 'trustee' side there is just the usual concern you have in these cases - 'is it going to come off?' and 'are we doing the right thing?'

Interesting article in the LET today that mentions the takeover and the myth around the club that the Trust were left a strict criteria as to who they could sell the club to by the late Jack Walker. This doesn’t exist.

Plenty to look forward to at Blackburn Rovers

I said all along it was mythology.

What the trustees will worry about is the 'legacy.' But they employ Rothschilds to vet buyers...that should be enough.

This 'Jack's will' stuff has always been rot.

Maybe it is all speculation but its giving fans something to talk about and people like Nicko will have his sources so at least he can say what could happen or not..

I was listening to the Spain v Uruguay game on 5 live. The commentators said there was an India flag at the game, and the premier league is big over there. So maybe we can make some money out there.

Found this when I was trying to track down the chap Chris Nathaniel for a piece in the Sunday People about the Indian takeover he is 'organising.'

Lost for words.

Interesting. Is the takeover alot more further on than we know, because Big Sam is not allow to sign players. Lets hope this happen quickly because we are missing out on targets. Next 2 weeks would be good because than it would allow Big Sam about 6 weeks to looking and buying players. Just my thoughts!

Christ he seems less literate than a footballer.

What I don't understand is why everyone's assuming we'll suddenly have transfer funds after this takeover. In most takeovers there's one wealthy person behind it - where's the money coming from in this case? Saurin Shah is certainly not that wealthy, there's no outright link between the IPL mogul and this takeover other than the fact that theyre related...am I missing something here?
