Rover9 Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Hahahaha that is bizarre, right up there with the best of them (as long as it's not one of our lot doing the scoring!)
Ben-2000 Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 It's worth having brainless posts like Hughesy's effort just for the reassurance in seeing that plenty of Rovers fans see it for the sad, humourless and cowardly crap it is. Other than that, I'd say the 'interbred' song is a good terrace anthem, as long as you have no understanding of genetics. The 'bananas with their feet' one is probably my favourite. Well, along with 'Barmy Army' of course. I wish we had that tacky tune you play over the speakers on the odd occasion that you score, waving your arms like your at a kids party
RoverInWigan Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Anyone taking any flags or banners to the dingledome? Would be good if as many people as possible took their scarves aswell..would look good
SergioPeter89 Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 You`re going down, You`re going dooown! Ugly dingles, You`re going down! With six fingers and some tears, Ugly dingles dissappear, Lets all laugh when Burnley is going down! To the tune of: Sorry the bad english, im Norwegian.. EDIT:
RIML Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 A simple one, mentioned this before........Brian Laws is sending you down, to the tune of Santa Claus is coming to town. It wasn't long ago we were singing Santa Cruz is sending you down, at St Andrews.
thenodrog Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Its a derby game, full of banter - if you dont like it....put some ear muffs on or something! Just trying to drum up some new chants mate, thats all. What would you prefer us to sing?! How about something humourous and relevant?
rovgers Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 I hope that Wham beat Stoke on saturday, not only can we go above stoke (or further away from them, depending on tonights result) but Wham will be 6 points and 18 goals better off then Burnley. This will be a massive dent to their chances of avoiding the drop and their confidence before we play them on sunday!
Silencio Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Oh the difference between singing that or singing about sh@gging your mum or your dad you mean or your sister or brother?? Yes ok...you keep pretending you are morally correct! Whats wrong with singling out 1 player? So you wont be singing you fat @#/? to beast at weekend either?! No course not! We have never sung that someone is illegitimate & got aids and cant get rid of it either?! No ok course not Keep dreaming! You've been having a nightmare on here this week, even by your standards!
LeftWinger Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Brian Laws last 21 games as a Manager (including the end of his Sheffield Wednesday reign): P21 W1 D3 L17 That's why I'm quietly confident
Hughesy Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 How about something humourous and relevant? Im all ears You've been having a nightmare on here this week, even by your standards! Thanks - Iv been having a bad month but dont worry about me....I dont mind any stick I get, I can take it! What shall I put on my banner guys? Turf Moor - A lovely place!
Brfcrule1 Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 What shall I put on my banner guys? Turf Moor - A lovely place! you must be joking last I heard someone reckoned you only go over their to do missionary work it was too dark and you might move from Dingledome to near Blackburn to look at the sunnier side of life but last I heard there is only one redeeming feature about the Dingles and that is the road out & also why would you want to live there esp. on a matchday where if you lose they go and trash their own town centre sorry but I could not resist!
Hughesy Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Derby puts even Hamas v Israel to shame Article on the derby ahead

Hughesy Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 8 seats seperate us all the way down. 2400 away fans, 1400 home fans (mainly old school Burnley fans)......it could be a fun day on sunday!! Wooden Frisbies What shall I put on my banner guys? 1979.....and still waiting!

Or has that been dispatched to the back of the cupboard since your very predictable demise?
trs Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Who was asking you trumpet polisher? Have you got the playoff winning scarf and rosette ready for Sunday? Or has that been dispatched to the back of the cupboard since your very predictable demise? You're gonna peak far to early at this rate.

Or has that been dispatched to the back of the cupboard since your very predictable demise? Have you got yourself a ticket Gavin? I'd be disappointed if you weren't there to see your much-cherished 31 year record crumble on the Turf.
Gav Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Have you got yourself a ticket Gavin? I'd be disappointed if you weren't there to see your much-cherished 31 year record crumble on the Turf. I'll be there Sam I'll keep my eye out for you:
Clitherover Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Have you got yourself a ticket Gavin? I'd be disappointed if you weren't there to see your much-cherished 31 year record crumble on the Turf. Or your extraordinary one year spell in the Premiership come to an end...
Gav Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 You're gonna peak far to early at this rate. I'm just warming up pal
unluckymorton Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Have you got yourself a ticket Gavin? I'd be disappointed if you weren't there to see your much-cherished 31 year record crumble on the Turf. If Gav hasn't got a ticket he could always get one on the home end with them allegedly still being available. Are you seriously confident that our record will be ended? I've just come off the phone to a dingledome season ticket holder who said he is not confident what so ever of getting anything other than a thrashing on Sunday. Whether the record continues or is ended on Sunday, the most important record is for us to have been in the Premier League for 10 consecutive seasons next season. I'll be there Sam I'll keep my eye out for you: Quality photo of Sam's mother and sister there Gav.
SamDingle Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Are you seriously confident that our record will be ended? Not really. But where's the fun in that?
