only2garners Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Just as long as he isn't sitting next to me ... It's him sitting in front of me I'm worried about, and there's a spare seat in the BBE Lower right in front of me...

jodrell Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 I hope he is in front of me front row of fmily stand, a little nudge an he falls down into the lower BBE.
WillY Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 BFS to get the vaseline out and a boost to Man Utds goal difference. 0-5. In all honesty I would like to see the Premier League stay up north. It is not like I am a fan but I would like Manchester United to win it again just because of my northern allegiances. It is good for the area. It's going to be sickening.
Bobby G Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Id be disappointed if Jones was dropped for Nelsen. Id like to see Lingazi at some point too.
Dan Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Id be disappointed if Jones was dropped for Nelsen. Id like to see Lingazi at some point too. I just went to ladbrokes in my iPhone to put a bet on Jones for first goal, as I have done the last few matches(so close v pompey too!) and he isn't on the list, but Nelsen is. I'm going to keep my mouth shut because Sam's bum boys will be on my back, but we needed Jones to play. It's not a good match for Nelsen to be coming back into afterva while injured.
herbergeehh Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Jones / Samba fills me with confidence. Samba has been a star since Jones came into the team, and even the full backs look more assured. If Rooney is out, the most dangerous player will be Nani- who has looked really good lately. I think Givet will deal with Caster Semenya.
RibbleValleyRover Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 ROVERS: Robinson, Salgado, Samba ©, Jones, Givet, Emerton, Grella, Nzonzi, Pedersen, Olsson, Kalinić. Subs: Brown (GK), Nelsen, Dunn, Roberts, Andrews, Diouf, Di Santo. MAN UTD: Van der Sar, Neville ©, Ferdinand, Berbatov, Giggs, Vidic, Nani, Scholes, O'Shea, Valencia, Macheda. Subs: Kuszczak, Evra, Park, Evans, Fletcher, Obertan, Gibson.
philipl Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 So RFW wasn't blagging about Rooney. On paper that's our best side at present apart from the out of sorts David Dunn who could be a potent sub. United have the ancients to be exploited but the wings will need some containing. Tingling anticipation for this one.
nellybc Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 i like that line up. Fingers crossed we can get a result now!!
hollowsr Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Where's Junior? He was briefly at the academy yesterday if that helps???
modes98 Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Is Dunn injured? He "hasn't been well this week". Nothing serious just a bug I would imagine. Glad to see that line up and that Jones is in it. Looking forward to this one.
Mr. E Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Strange that there's no Dunn or Hoilett, but at least Kalinic starts. COME ON ROVERS
Inta Beaver Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Can you remember when we got relegated after that Utd game, Fergie came out in the interview after the game and said "are they down, I didn't relise" ever since then I've waited for us to get some of our own back on old whiskey nose! It would be quality to play apart in Utd not winning the league.
LeChuck Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Where's Junior? Thankfully left out, he was woeful when he come on against Porstmouth. I think he'll be great in a few years but he's far too rough around the edges.

Tim Southampton Rover Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Good effort from Samba after a good cross by Grella.
tony gale's mic Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Right now there's only one team in this..
Tim Southampton Rover Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 I think everyone will be happy with the opening 20 minutes. Man Utd are expected to dominate possession however we've restricted them in front of goal and we've had a couple of opportunities.
martmitch Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Wish we'd stop just hoofing it up the pitch kally doesn't stand a chance
Tim Southampton Rover Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Great save Robbo after a couple of slight errors from Jones.
Graves Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 need to try and get olsson p aginst neville bit more and maybe just maybe give niko something to his feet....or am i dreaming?!?! On plus side MGP been good and Sambas having an immense game
benhben Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Grella is ######. Just boots it to no where everytime he gets it Big blow that Samba going off
