martmitch Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Another great run and opportunity could have done with McCarthy or santa cruz on the end of it

bigbrandjohn Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Should be 3-1 Rovers with Pedersen and Hoilett missing good chances.
Robin Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 To be honest, i wouldnt have said anything if Pedersen got the red one on his tackle on Van Persie.
bigbrandjohn Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Pedersen is as late with his tackles ans he is with his contract decision.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Marginal offside against Olsson then. If that were Arsenal bursting through, it would probably be 2-1 Captain Samba
Tim Southampton Rover Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 How the hell can Wenger not see that if he wants to win the league, he needs a decent keeper. Almunia and Flapianski are both awful.
Guest roverspogges Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Even if we do get a positive result here we won't get an ounce of credit from those southern mugs.
martmitch Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 I love u samba! Got to say pedersons set piece delivery is looking very gd today
Backroom DE. Posted May 3, 2010 Backroom Posted May 3, 2010 Said it earlier and I'll say it again, the football may be dire but it gets results. No question of that. We've deserved that goal, anyway, looked very alert this half.
RibbleValleyRover Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 How the hell can Wenger not see that if he wants to win the league, he needs a decent keeper. Almunia and Flapianski are both awful. Yeah i can't see him winning the league until they sort it out.
beerwins Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 We are so much better when we knock it around a bit. I also wonder how long we are going to keep getting away with crowding the keeper like that from corners.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 We actually look dangerous with pace and playing throughballs on the ground. Let's hope prozone shows this and Big Sam takes the hint Five Live are giving Rovers a ton of credit. All deserved this half so far. We've looked good with a bit more pace on the pitch. We've upped the tempo and look dangerous on the break.
Dan Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 How much better do we look when playing the ball along the deck and playing football? Much much better, when we do this, but makes me even more annoyed when we hoof it! We CAN play football, so lets do it more often!
Tim Southampton Rover Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Hoilett has looked good since coming on. His pace is causing them problems but unfortunately his final ball is letting him down.
bigbrandjohn Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Jones is on for Dunn. Hope we dont lose shape and let them in.
Guest roverspogges Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 There's always that feeling we might concede the late equaliser fingers crossed we hang on
