A little Not The 11'Clocker News...if you know what I mean.

Sounds like there has been a lot of foot-stamping behind the scenes in the last day or so.

Even some rumours that efforts are being made by the current regime and those ever-lovely Trustee types to fund a bid for a striker.

I don't have a name to give you, but there could actually be something done on that front shortly.

Let's face it, even if the Indians went to due diligence tomorrow that would take six weeks...which is when the window shuts.

Maybe some money will now be spent in this window after all...

See, it IS business as usual.

Foot stamping is one way of putting it. lol. It may of just worked in the Big mans favour though.

Good, glad to see the board and the trust now have decided to fund a striker after Big Sam be saying all summer that we need one. Maybe his moaning to the press has worked! Be interest to see how much Big Sam gets to spend. Think we got to face facts that any takeover will not happen before the transfer window shuts!

Going to put pressure on Big Sam and say he doesnt know what hes doing regarding recruiting quality strikers especially when he seems to be linked with the w@nkers r us market.

Hope that's right but we've been hearing reports every two or three weeks throughout the summer that Sam's striker search is to be intensified following further discussions with the Board etc.

And still nothing has happened................

Please, please, please punctuate!

Just take a breath every (breath) couple of words and (breath)use your imagination (breath) works a ...... treat. ;)

Give the lad a break, obviously not one of his strong points.

Pretty obvious who we are going to make a move for, starts with B and ends with I. Such an unbelievably bad player i don't want to type out his full name, hopefully someone else will sign him before we get the chance to make a huge mistake.

Wonder if we'll finally go for jelavic now. Seems to tick most of the boxes, wouldn't mind if benjani came in as well as him as long as it was on a sensible deal.
