Waggy76 Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Utaka....unbelievably bad. There had better not be a transfer fee involved as that would be criminal. We have diouf who is rubbish on the right and earns a boatload, we are simply to small a club to carry so much rubbish on high wages especially if said rubbish is getting pushed further down the pecking order. It's just pathetically desperate if true. There is a thread where people are picking there starting 11, but it's the other team we could field of players not in that 11 who would all be on silly wages that worries me, chimbonda, nelsen, jacobsen, diouf, grella, khiz, Andrews added to the combined cost of the utter rubbish like rigters, brown, judge. There really is no room at the inn for the utakas of this world. A little unfair to bracket Nelsen ,with the other names .

Craigman Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Robbie Keane i hope. No chance ! Probably an ex Blackburn player !! Gallagher anyone ? or maybe Ricky Lambert or Simon Cox ?
rovers1995 Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I think it may be Dave Kitson (Stoke)hope not but just something I've heard
chaddyrovers Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 or maybe Ricky Lambert or Simon Cox ? Could be. On the LET website, some people are saying it is Lambert? wait for the update from Nicko!!!
SergioPeter89 Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Im watching the match between Vålerenga - Start in the Norwegian Premier Division. I would love to have Mohammed Abdellaoue in our team before a bigger club take him. He has just scored two goals in two minutes. Edit: Two minutes later and he had an great assist..

I heard Man Utd were sniffing around last year.
alexanders Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 The commentators are saying that Vålerenga has lousy economy and may be forced to sell him.
rovers1995 Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 A lot of rumours on LET website that it's Ricky Lambert and we will loan Nick Blackman and Grant Hanley to them for the next 12 months
alexanders Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 very good goalscoring record at Soton, but he is 28 and hardly any resale value.
USRoverME Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Did I hear someone call about ex-Rovers.... I saw that Steadinho was on the market...
ChesterRover Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Croatian press are saying Rapid have lined up a replacement for Jelavic, looks like he's on the move somewhere? http://www.croatiantimes.com/news/Sports/2010-08-02/12708/Rumours_increased_on_Nikica_Jelavic_leaving_Rapid_Vienna
blue/white Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Tevez wants out. There is a deal teed up with Real. Bobby G knows a great deal on that topic He is already starting to make noises and did not show up for the last few days of the US tour as he was meant to - Roque managed it, didn't he and so did Joe Hart. Man City know about it too and have been trying to sign a top-class striker for a month. The whole transfer market could explode if some of the central players get their act together. Obviously its' about $$$$ --- but I cannot fathom why anyone would want to torpedo a career by wanting in at Real Madrid or Barcelona. Tevez has been a most likeable guy because from day one he's been seen as the 'people's footballer' or as the little brother with the runny nose. If we ignore that he's played for some very large clubs starting when Boca plucked him from the All Boys youth set, the guy's been an underdog from day one. However, when he throws the toys out for a big $$ RM move then he's no different from the other money grubbers before him that have scuppered their careers by signing off with the 'devil'---starting w/ McManaman running thru Kaka. silly silly stuff.
Muddboy Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I would admire our bravery if it was Ricky Lambert! The guy's scored a sack load of goals at every level he's played. He might, just might, be decent in the Prem...
AJW Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 odd and suprising , cilla black moment.......can it be the return of matt derbyshire... tbh honest if it is matty it would fall into all 3 catergories and i wouldn't be too upset

I'd prefer to wait till 11 o'clock, instead of going Columbo on Nicko. It's more exciting that way.

Think Utd have a song about the money grabbing whore

SergioPeter89 Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 The commentators are saying that Vålerenga has lousy economy and may be forced to sell him. Match ended 8-1. He was involved in six of the goals. Incredible. Guess he wont cost more than 1-2m
