I think he is referring to Wesley Snipes

Capable at what level? Boyd is capable at one level, Premiership? who knows, Earnshaw is prolific in Championship at Prem level, not so good, likewise Nugent and many others!!

Until he's tried nothing's a guarantee. But I do believe he's a good fit for England. A proper center forward.

You say "in a weak league", but more impressive than his league stats are his 9 goals in 12 Europa League matches.

Rapid Vienna have been in their training camp for a week and played their first friendly, I assume we will have watched the lad, Sam did say he would be watching the player in pre season.

Were has the 4m suddenly sprung from?. :o

They actually had a couple of preseason games already. In fact, in their last game they won 3-0 with Jelavic scoring 2, and Salihi scoring the other.

Nicko?

Whatever he does it most be good since;

"Our expertise has been sort by the likes of Rio Ferdinand, Robinho, John Terry...Cristiano Ronaldo....Jordan...and the British Government"

Quite a list of high class, quality individuals and groups who have all SORT their advice

They are acting as brokers (Chris Nathaniel) for the indian company..

From the twitter...

# Begin discussions with Prem Lge team re proposed takeover and then off to Casting session this eve givin new talent the chance 2 shine 11:03 AM Jun 24th via UberTwitter

# Out with indian football consortium showin them how we get dwn in Ldn n now getting back got an early start on dis ting 24/7 only way 2 win 8:06 PM Jun 22nd via UberTwitter

And despite the wonderful use of the English language Nathaniel actually has a decent rep and big name client list.

All this tweet talk sounds like a Paul Ince team talk. No wonder things went pear shape. Or is it the Ince revenge!!!!!!!!

. . . Why are we bothered about NVA?

What does the North Vietnamese Army have to do with the Rovers takeover? Not content with Vietnam are they now invading Blackburn? Do they have "swag" and decent players we could use? If so, I'm for it. :P

It does sound very unprofessional. What happened to the focused English types which we Americans still imagine run things in England (apparently mistakently), with the stiff upper lips, tweed suits and bowler hats? John Williams seems cut from that mold, have all the rest retired?

At the risk of being controversial,I do wonder if there's an undercurrent of racism around this discussion.Frankly,if Nathaniel plays a part in enabling Rovers to move up a level with this takeover(a big if I know),then I don't care if he concludes the deal over a game of naked twister with a marrow stuck up his a**e whilst John Williams belts out a karaoke version of Dizzee Rascals' Bonkers....

As far as I'm aware, race has little to do with spelling, punctuation and grammar.

When you're dealing in such serious business, producing tweets like that make you look like a prize t**t, whether you're white, black, green or purple.

I find it appalling that someone who would represent themselves in the public domain like this and expect to be taken seriously should be allowed anywhere near a multi-million pound business transaction. Nevermind Rovers.

I just hope he carries himself better face to face and that if these Indian businessmen are really serious, they can see past this modern day Del Boy and actually see the potential value in our club.

EDIT: I would like to point out that I realise he is unlikely to be personally responsible for this twitter feed and that primarily they are dealing 'wiv a yoof muzik audience', but this is serious business and it's his company, isn't it? Why can nobody spell any more? It's not cool, it's just sad.

Don't worry it's not controversial, just thick.

Personally I had no idea he was black, 'Chris Nathaniel' hardly gives it away.

The legacy of dumbing down schooldays by introducing the dreadful comprehensives at the expense of grammar schools and outlawing corporal punishment. Most with any sort of insight predicted a drop in standards but I doubt any dreamt they would fall so far.

At the risk? I'd say that's exactly why you said it, because there's no substance to back up the crap you're claiming. The issue isn't with this fellow's race, it's with the unprofessional manner he's comporting himself online.

I'm not so sure that the miners, for example, were educated. I would hazard a guess that a lot of them couldn't spell (hence why they were working in mines?)
