Looking to change from Vista to Windows 7. Is Windows 7 much better, in terms of using less memory than Vista. What are the other major differences between Vista and Win 7?

Windows 7 is a big improvement, works much better & works alot quicker. Not sure how much memory it uses but I dont get half the problems of what I did on Vista.

It can`t be any worse Iccers,Vista is truly awful to the point i would sooner have the xp off my old desktop.....

I upgraded my laptop from XP to Windows 7 - what a massive improvement and only got 1.5gb ram on laptop
