Drummer Boy Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 He used to hustle around the clubs of Accy back in the'60s (having been expelled from Rhyddings, I believe) and, with his youthful arrogance, got more than his share of thumpings. He was not well liked but nobody doubted his talent - personally the break against White in the semi-final of 1982 still ranks as one of the best breaks I've ever seen. It was sad to see him down on his luck in his later years - self-inflicted largely but sad nonetheless.
