Just checked it, yes you are right, two-year-old daughter Francesca died from leukaemia in October 1992.

His cancer appeal set up after their loss has just topped 1m in 17 years.

Norwich were the opposition for the first Ewood game after Jack died.

I remember we won 3-2 with magic Matt scoring an absolute belter at the Blackburn End.

Tough draw this one, Norwich are a decent side, and if not for a terrible start last season would be on the fixture list 3 times this season.
