Manchester Blue Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Clare, you get a choice though, it's not automatic. When you checkout, you're given a choice of collection or delivery. But for some reason, on the Norwich tickets the 'delivery' option was greyed out. Collection was the only option, hence the surprise when I opened the post! Mine finally turned up today, which i'm pleased about but it's a good job i didn't actually need to collect it at the game isn't it.

SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Seats or stands?! We'll be lucky to top 8000 Got my ticket at about 4:30 today and walked straight to the ticket office counter,no queues at all.
Ben-2000 Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Got my ticket at about 4:30 today and walked straight to the ticket office counter,no queues at all. lowest crowd in years I reckon... Norwich will only bring a handful. But i'll be there!
Dan Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Where is the best place to park? I usually get the train, or if I do come by car it used to be Darwen Vale high school, but I hear that is closed now? I'm not that knowledgeable of the local roads and parking, having never driven and not living locally so any advice would be much appreciated.
1864roverite Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 For the second game in a row having to miss this game for work related reasons. I think there will be some changes, youth may be given a chance but even though that might be the case, Norwich will also make some changes as they have a big game versus Forest looming. 1-0 will do for me.

Bog Height Road or Sandy lane is fine too (side of cup & opposite the cup) Anywhere but the main routes on Oakdale or Ferhurst Farms. I cant make the game tomorrow - would if I could, but no chance tomorrow.

Ewood Spark Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 lowest crowd in years I reckon... Norwich will only bring a handful. But i'll be there! Looking at the 'Quick Seats' option on OneRovers we seem to have sold circa 7,500 in the Home fans areas.
Ben-2000 Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Cheers, I'll head in that direction. I park on Sandy Lane and go for one in Uncle Jack's... you'll be fine, especially tomorrow.
JamieUK Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Any opinion on parking on Mc's carpark? Did it last season in the first round and had no problems but dont want to come back to a notice attached to the windscreen!
Hughesy Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Any opinion on parking on Mc's carpark? Did it last season in the first round and had no problems but dont want to come back to a notice attached to the windscreen! Risky - so wouldnt do it! Likely to get a ticket. You can now also park up bolton road on cravens...no double yellows there
MarkBRFC71 Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Hope the bloody weather improves for tonight - torrential doesn't do it justice!
Ossydave Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Be lucky if it's still on the way the weather is at present!

Nelsta Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Thinking about going to ewood tonight.first time in a couple of years.any other manc rovers heading there?
BPF Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Just bought my ticket. Didn't look like there was a whole lot left in the Blackburn End...? They said that the whole Darwen End is closed? I presume that they mean it's open for away fans only?
Amo Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Time to give some of the fringe players a shot: Bunn Jacobsen - Samba - Jones - Givet Hoilett - Emerton - Nzonzi - Olsson Judge Kalinic
philipl Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 My reading of this is Sam is going to play a strong side tonight And quite right too!
Backroom Tom Posted August 24, 2010 Backroom Posted August 24, 2010 Time to give some of the fringe players a shot: Bunn Jacobsen - Samba - Jones - Givet Hoilett - Emerton - Nzonzi - Olsson Judge Kalinic I'd go with similar but would play linganzi in the centre.
BPF Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 I'd go with similar but would play linganzi in the centre. I'd expect Diouf to be upfront tonight.
Hughesy Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 No need for 4-4-1-1 against a Championship team....4-4-2 or 4-3-3 Id like to see Bunn given a chance in goal, and perhaps Diouf given a start. Also hopefully Jackson Ramm gets a game as he has a big future!
Backroom trueblue Posted August 24, 2010 Backroom Posted August 24, 2010 My reading of this is Sam is going to play a strong side tonight And quite right too! Not sure I would agree with one of the names in a certain paragraph there - the 'strong players for us and should play a big part this year"
Backroom Madon Posted August 24, 2010 Backroom Posted August 24, 2010 Will be lucky if the game is even on at this rate!!
