Paul Posted September 5, 2010 Posted September 5, 2010 Thinking of buying one of these as my B&D has died. I only need something for general DIY so feel the drill matches my needs in that respect. This drill has an SDS Quick chuck. I don't understand how this differs from HSS or Standard SDS. Does it mean my motley collection of drill bits won't fit the Uneo?

thenodrog Posted September 5, 2010 Posted September 5, 2010 Ask for advice at a proper shop rather than a B&Q type outlet or internet source. In Blackburn Mercers on Pump St or Little Sheffield will sort out any of your queries.
Dunnfc Posted September 5, 2010 Posted September 5, 2010 I know its only going to be for DIY. But I tend to stay away from Bosch although German i find them poor quality and as a joiner i've always gone for Makita or Hilti until i can build my arms to carry a DeWalt!

Has anybody used a hilti rivet gun? Bloody amazing bit of kit. Knocking what is essentially a 2" nail through a steel RSJ in the blink of an eye seems to defy all physical law.
T4E Posted September 5, 2010 Posted September 5, 2010 Dear Jim Please could you fix it for me to spend one hour in a room with Paul Ince and a Hilti rivet gun. Thanks T4E, aged 26 and 3/4.
