BuckyRover Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 I'm surprised WBA didn't employ the "hoof". Do they want to get relegated?

Hughesy Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Watch the offside goal for Spurs coming up next......Just seen it, they need to decide what active, and not active is exactly! Van Der Vaart looks WORLD class
Hughesy Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Cheating Chamakh dived to win a penalty - wonder if Arsene mentions that!! Nasty challenge by wilshire too - foot up, stud showing, late - deserved red.
BuckyRover Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Arsenal. 3 red cards this season. Blackburn. 1 red card in 2010.
Amo Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Cheating Chamakh dived to win a penalty - wonder if Arsene mentions that!! Nasty challenge by wilshire too - foot up, stud showing, late - deserved red. MOTD said it was a clear penalty, and also made allowances for Jack Wilshere's dirty tackle. One day that show might grow a pair...
BuckyRover Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 They are pathetic. Savage disagrees with them on twitter
Hughesy Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 How Stoke didnt get something at Bolton I dont know - should have had a penalty and then the lucky gits score in the 92nd minute!!
roversfan99 Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Chung Yong Lee was such a steal, very talented player.
chaddyrovers Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 2 good goals from N'zogbia. maybe we should sign him in January when the takeover happens if it does.
47er Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 2 good goals from N'zogbia. maybe we should sign him in January when the takeover happens if it does. 2nd goal from N'Zogbia was brilliant. As for Arsenal's penalty--an absolutely blatant dive.
RIML Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Alan Hansen, what a clown..... Richard Dunne's handball against us last season - "terrible decision" Zat Knight's handball against Stoke today - "stonewall penalty" He did mention the push on Knight but he just contradicts himself time and time again.
cn174 Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 at Mick McCarthy 'and no yellow cards today' 'no no and after I told them to go and kick seven bells out of them like I normally do'
Backroom Tom Posted October 16, 2010 Author Backroom Posted October 16, 2010 Sorry but for me it's a penalty he catches his toe. If Rovers didn't get that there's be outrage on here. People hate Wenger and he can be a prat at times but today he has had no arguments with the red, some managers would.

Chamakh was on his way down before contact was made, he was looking for it but I can see why the ref give it
Backroom Tom Posted October 16, 2010 Author Backroom Posted October 16, 2010 I don't care if he's in the middle of a triple pike when contact is made , if Dann goes for the ball and misses it and catches the man surely it's a foul? I see Klasnic had a busy few minutes for Bolton

There was very little contact though, not enough to make him fall down like he did........cheat cheat cheat
Blue n White Rover Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 What about the goal that Arsenal had disallowed for offside? You win some, you lose some.
Backroom Tom Posted October 16, 2010 Author Backroom Posted October 16, 2010 West Ham very unlucky to have that last minute goal ruled out, how the clueless Clattenberg can give that from where he is is beyond me.
Hughesy Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 What about the goal that Arsenal had disallowed for offside? You win some, you lose some. It was offside.
Backroom Tom Posted October 17, 2010 Author Backroom Posted October 17, 2010 And it was a penalty, justice done
brian_gallagher85 Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 The goal was offside and the penalty was correct. Contact was minimal if any was made at all but he didn't get the ball and stopped Chamakh getting to it. That's not to say that he's not a diver as he showed when he went down like he had been shot quite a few times.
Hughesy Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 Chamakh went down before his foot got anywhere near him, it was a blatant dive. It shouldnt have been a penalty. It was also offside the goal that was disallowed....Arsenal got lucky.
philipl Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 Rooney to leave Man Utd? they might get eleven months of interest payments for him...
John Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has warned his young players to curb their drinking habits in order to prolong their careers, with the Italian advising them that "it is better they go with a woman than a drink".
