Totally agree. That was a yellow card foul in itself. The ref bottled it knowing he had already booked Neville.

It's just frustrating the inconsistency refs show. And intentionally or not some refs shy away from sending either England internationals or big club players of because they know there is more potential backlash.

Typical examples are Terry,Rooney, Gerrard and Carragher they get away with far too much

Watching Stoke right now they do strike me as a 'Rich mans Rovers' we play their style and tactics but they are far more effective in most aspects. I'd take our backline over theirs any day but in an attacking sense they must be what Sam dreams about
