I think that the whole world stands by the fact that Wenger needs a keeper!

I remember laughing at the start of the season that he still hadn't rectified the situation. It's been proven that you can win trophies with kids, but you can't win anything with a rubbish goalkeeper!

Or 3 of them for that matter!

The young pole, Szczęsny or whatever looks a real player.

Guess he's waiting for Reina to throw his toys out of the pram. I think his biggest problem is if he thinks its too much money he just walks away. Sometimes if its what you need you have to bit the bullet and cough up.

Hoping the Geordies let today go to their heads and we can bring them crashing back down to earth.

Chelsea looked really bad today, I was amazed they were beaten so easily. They did'nt look the best against us but today they were worse.

Roy has had the puppy dog look on him for a while now im sure this will give him a bit of breathing space, I was starting to feel sorry for him but then I remembered who he managed.

Has the PL ever been quite so bunched up after 11 games? The table looks more like the Championship usually does.

Its going to be a tight one, January is going to very important to some clubs including us, I think we have a an adavantage though, the majority of people spent big in summer and im just hoping certain clubs will find their powder dry.

Wenger says the red is harsh?? Clean through on goal too - sorry but as soon as I saw that I said has to go.

Worst happened at West Brom. That new City striker Balotelli got a straight red for what amounted to almost a playful kick whilst Mulumba of WBA got a second yellow for a real horror tackle from the back. 1 week v 3 weeks suspended does not represent justice.

True...I think both should have been straight reds too.

Balotelli has talent but he also seems very sulky & easy to wind up!

Stoke - Birmingham tonight, if my reckoning is right we wont move in the table either way. What result do people want there?

Realistically a draw would be for the best I suppose.

Nice to have some midweek Premier League footy on the box

Listening to the Spurs game on Five Live. Sounds like Bentley is having a decent game so far, perhaps trying to alert clubs to his availability in January?

Eh? That heavily implies he's been deliberately poor so far.

He's tried hard in every Spurs game I've seen him play in, he's just nowhere near as good as the other midfielders they have.

Gyan scored again for Sunderland and playing very well this evening. Sunderland having an awful away record too, nearly if not worse than our own, shows you what a bit of money can do if you can spend it on the right striker...

Every opinion I'm giving is backed up with researched facts. Every opinion you are giving is not.

Despite that, and as I said earlier, I still respect your opinion on the matter. Having had my eyes open for 8 or so years on this messageboard, I am well aware that you are incapable of reciprocating that respect, and am therefore unsurprised at your insulting tone.

You are on the wind up, he is one of the greatest left wingers to play the game.

Just watch, Bale pfft!

On the Shearer point, den is right.

When he dropped out wide on the right he put over inch perfect crosses of such perfection.

Quite a few of Wilcox goals came from that source. Certainly one at Forest and also against Liverpool at Ewood which came after a 29 passes move by Rovers.
