Ricky Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Phil, what is the point of that post? How is it in any way relevant or useful? And you wonder why you're getting some stick at the moment!!

Tom 1 Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Has Warnock not been a success then? At one stage he looked really good for us but as times gone on that has disappeared, he's improved a bit in recent weeks so will give him a chance but prior to the last couple of games he has been dismal for a long time. Really not bothered if he goes.
Backroom Tom Posted December 22, 2010 Author Backroom Posted December 22, 2010 Warnock specialises in making basic errors and getting caught out of position and sometimes recovering with a last ditch tackle to make him appear better than he is. His performance away at Wigan was far worse than Chimbondas at United IMO
47er Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 At one stage he looked really good for us but as times gone on that has disappeared, he's improved a bit in recent weeks so will give him a chance but prior to the last couple of games he has been dismal for a long time. Really not bothered if he goes. He was terrific for us. Must not feel motivated. We'll have him back for 2M!
Tom 1 Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Well, yeah, you're welcome to him to be honest, obviously not for 2m.
47er Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Well, yeah, you're welcome to him to be honest, obviously not for 2m. Thats what we paid for him!
Tom 1 Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 I am sure some Stoke-esque team (who seem to have much more money than I thought of Stoke) would bid for him, to be honest I am being a bit harsh, he has been awful this season but he is not alone and he has done very well in the past, hopefully he can prove me wrong over the rest of the season, I doubt it to be honest though.
Backroom DE. Posted December 23, 2010 Backroom Posted December 23, 2010 I never rated Warnock highly and said so on here before he was sold. I wasn't massively disappointed to see him leave and thought he was overrated by a lot of people. I don't think we've missed him hugely... Givet's sudden dip in form aside we've been fairly solid at the back without Warnock.
FourLaneBlue Posted December 24, 2010 Posted December 24, 2010 For the right price he would be a good addition to the squad. Hardly worth pushing the boat out for, however...
Rovermatt Posted December 24, 2010 Posted December 24, 2010 This is a withering piece on Birmingham from Paul Doyle in the Guardian. Not really sure of the point of it to be honest.
nicko Posted December 24, 2010 Posted December 24, 2010 I was wondering why Wee Billy had been in a strange mood for some time... http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/2010/12/24/nottingham-forest-boss-billy-davies-joined-tommy-sheridan-in-swingers-orgies-claim-two-women-86908-22804398/ Oh dear.
MeanGreenMachine Posted December 24, 2010 Posted December 24, 2010 And i was wondering why Forest had been so bloody awful of late .
T4E Posted December 24, 2010 Posted December 24, 2010 Just watched Premier League Years 93-94 and 94-95 back to back on Sky Sports. That Shearer boy was a bit special, wasn't he?
G Somerset Rover Posted December 24, 2010 Posted December 24, 2010 Just watched Premier League Years 93-94 and 94-95 back to back on Sky Sports. That Shearer boy was a bit special, wasn't he? Same..I feel slightly better now knowing someone else has done bugger all with their day too T4E!
John Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 Lot of hype on the early kick off game today, Fulham v West Ham. Both managers under pressure apparently - Fulham manager Mark Hughes and West Ham's Avram Grant face judgement day in battle for survival - If rumours are to be believed, the losing manager at Craven Cottage on Sunday could be looking for a new job in the New Year.
Bobby G Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 If Hughes is sacked, he would have a difficult job re-establishing his career. He would arguably have to take a lower-end job in the PL next or look abroad.
imy9 Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 2-1 West Ham, Fulham scored first! Good result for Rovers as both will be on 16 points if it stays this way.
John Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 Fulham have played some nice passing football but losing 2-1 now to West Ham (half time now).
Tim Southampton Rover Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 I keep looking at Duff and thinking what a bloody shame he isn't still in a Rovers shirt on the left of midfield. Well done Rovers for producing such a great player.
philipl Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 I was looking at Duff and wondering if he fances more long snoozes in the Ribble Valley! With Wolves v Wigam happening today, Fulham are dropping into the relegation zone in two hours' time. Will Sparky survive this?
Backroom DE. Posted December 26, 2010 Backroom Posted December 26, 2010 Awful result for Fulham, they're not playing badly but they're not getting the results. I wonder how much longer they'll give Hughes? The majority of us were fuming after a 1-1 home draw with WHU... losing 3-1 would have been considered an utter disaster.
Backroom Tom Posted December 26, 2010 Author Backroom Posted December 26, 2010 I don't care about other premier league happenings right now I see it as irrelevent, if we carry on like we have the last two games we will go down, our destiny is in our (or Venkys) hands
American Rover12 Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 Terry can count himself lucky he didnt get booked for that.
