CrazyIvan Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 I've decided Jonjo Shelvey looks like Dobby the House Elf from Harry Potter... Dobby Jonjo Shelvey
Backroom Tom Posted January 16, 2011 Author Backroom Posted January 16, 2011 2-2 FT....3 draws, 3 good results for us! This weekend could have been a lot worse considering we were away at Chelsea and teams around us had winnable games, some against each other. The bottom 3 looks like it could be the 3 that go down as well now.
The Rover of Finland Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 I've decided Jonjo Shelvey looks like Dobby the House Elf from Harry Potter... If Shelvey wasn´t English his date of birth would be in major doubt.
sambo Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 Only 22,000 fans on in the Birmingham derby? Surely not, that's 8000 below capacity? I know there will be segregation and what not, but Villa will have brought a sizeable away following, and we'd be disappointed with such a turn out in a regular game v Fulham, never mind when playing a supposed massive derby. Shocking support

Shocking support There was big segregation all around the Villa fans. There were no fans in the tier above them, and a block of about 1000 seats empty to the side of them. Because of the trouble in the Carling Cup.

Mattyblue Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 The Brum game was still nowhere near a sell out even with all those seats partitioned off. In fact they were giving away free tickets to anyone spending £40 in the club shop (I kid you not) Big city, small club.
Backroom Tom Posted January 16, 2011 Author Backroom Posted January 16, 2011 Never understood why people care so much about other teams attendance. On another forum i frequent a Newcastle fan was saying Wigan shouldn't be in the prem due to their crowds!

On another forum i frequent a Newcastle fan was saying Wigan shouldn't be in the prem due to their crowds! Just making a point, we seem to get criticised for our impressive attendances, whereas such a massive team manage sod all in a derby! Was surprised more than anything, especially with the stick Big Club gave us when we got Savage
Backroom Tom Posted January 16, 2011 Author Backroom Posted January 16, 2011 For me Rafael should be off, on a yellow card and starts waving the imaginary card around, I thought that was a bookable offence.
Backroom Tom Posted January 16, 2011 Author Backroom Posted January 16, 2011 Rafael off now. Rooney is a disgrace the way he gets in the refs face constantly.
Oklahoma Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 Everton confirmed that Piennar is going to Chelsea.
budha Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 Everton confirmed that Piennar is going to Chelsea. No they didn't? They just confirmed they've accepted an offer.
budha Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 According to the Mirror Keane's and Miller's transfers to Birmingham are at jeopardy as Keane's demanding a pay rise from his current £65k/w and Miller is demanding £50k/w. Seriously? Who do they think they are?
Roberto Policano Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 Chelsea and Inter both in for Alexis Sanchez.Doubt Udinese will sell until Summer though.
alexanders Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 Really happy with the results this weekend bar West Brom beating Blackpool. The best would've been a draw.
Ozz Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 Phil Neville must be pleased that Jay Spearing is getting regular games for Liverpool now.
