I dont think future ground etc will affect their muscle in the transfer window. If they can maintain a champions league place they will attract world class players.

No, but I'd hate for Rovers to relocate to Burnley. Being a North London club moving to South East London, it will literally feels like that to them.

But I take your point on the player purchasing side, but I'd be very worried about the future of my club if I were them.

It looks like Spurs will be a real force in the Summer transfer window. Must be a great time to be a Spurs fan.

Not this evening it won't after been thumped 4-0 by Fulham

The problem for Spurs is that they have finally got really good at precisely the same time Man City have all the money in the world.

Spurs are probably going to have to win the Champions league this season just to be in it next year. I can't see that happening.

I miss the days when Spurs would spend loads of money but still be crap. good old days.

Why does the tit on SSN keep saying Sergio Aguero is a ''30 goal a season man and has been since 2006."

HE'S NEVER SCORED THIRTY GOALS IN A SEASON...

Sergio Aguero

Because he's a tit on SSN?

A lot of twitter traffic pointing to Liverpool having accepted a Chelsea offer for Torres.

Aguero ends rumours of move to Spurs by signing 2.5 year contract extension with Atletico. "I'm staying here because I want to," he said

Madness.

Hey, in my view Liverpool will have the better deal in all this. Torres is not worth 50 mill and carrol is also not worth 35mill. But liverpool will get a new player as a replcement for torres plus 15 mill. if Torres goes for 50 and carrol comes for 35.

There maybe be off field probs with Carrol -but I think there is more potential with Carrol (spelling0

Why do sky have to keep going back to Spurs again and again when nothing is happening?

Posted

Arry... Will probably conclude all his business tomorrow or whenever he feels like really. He may even approach Samba on Wednesday.. and get it through in special dispensation

Posted

Wouldnt be surprised to see Torres go on a goalscoring run now. Wonder what the odds are of Torres finishing prem league top scorer come summer

Looking forward to see Suarez in the Prem

Because it's Spurs. No-one was at Ewood I noticed. Or at the JJB, or any of the smaller clubs.

Steven Warnock´s situation at Villa is terrible. He hasn´t been even named on bench lately and there wasn´t great interest shown to him during the window. There was talk about Pool and Nicko mentioned late talks with Wigan but there he still is at Villa. He can share memories with Shorey what it felt like to be almost good enough for England.

Did Wham even try to get rid of Benni? Still no goals for the current club and there are about dozen strikes ahead of him now. Not happy days for two ex-Ewood heroes.
