bigbrandjohn Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Rather questions your sexuality too. Oi, thats a bit out of order son . Just got a bit carried away with the concept of a free scoring midfielder being signed on a free who actually might break into the first team.

Steve Moss Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Oi, thats a bit out of order son . Just got a bit carried away with the concept of a free scoring midfielder being signed on a free who actually might break into the first team. Sounds like it was a religious, not sexual, experience. Excuse me while I go pray.
Fife Rover Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Oi, thats a bit out of order son . Just got a bit carried away with the concept of a free scoring midfielder being signed on a free who actually might break into the first team. Just thank your lucky stars you didn't go on to the next line in that song BBJ.
bigbrandjohn Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Just thank your lucky stars you didn't go on to the next line in that song BBJ. Eeek.Perhaps creation of Rovers chant for Goulon when he smashes his first hat-trick should not involve me. I do have a positive feeling about this guy though. Something to prove, playing with a Clutch of French speakers in the team. Mark my words,he could be the missing link.
bazza Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Another goal last night for Herold. "He's so fine, Goulon,Goulon,Goulon". Rather dates me that one. For our younger readers:- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpAcQrt8-SE
den Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 For our younger readers:- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpAcQrt8-SE Bazza, - just seen your signature. You should tell us about those guys some time. I didn't see any of them.
Smithy Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 Bazza, - just seen your signature. You should tell us about those guys some time. I didn't see any of them and I'm almost 90! Sorry couldn't resist.

bigbrandjohn Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 Well if this is all we have at the moment maybe a couple of Goulon Goulon Goulons may be an improvement. http://fanchants.com/football-chants/classic/premiership/blackburn_rovers/
bazza Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 Bazza, - just seen your signature. You should tell us about those guys some time. I didn't see any of them. OK. I'll try and rustle up something. At first I thought I'd better do some research on "The Chiffons" but then I realised you mean the Rovers team Where do you want it when I've got it ready?
67splitscreen Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Three appearances on the bench now is it?. Must be close to making his debut. The defence looking prone to individual errors at the moment, time maybe to move Jones back in there and see what this lad has to offer.

If we're going to play three centre backs, Jones, Nelsen and Samba sounds almost impregnable to me. Is Goulon still playing Reserve games? What is his goals and games tally there now?
Hughesy Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 What is his goals and games tally there now? 3 in 3
Amo Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 What's happening with Linganzi? He was doing well in the ressies but hasn't had a look-in yet.
bluebruce Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 What's happening with Linganzi? He was doing well in the ressies but hasn't had a look-in yet. Pushed out of contention by Goulon you'd expect.
JAL Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 Pushed out of contention by Goulon you'd expect. Patience boys, Patience, he who waits and all that.
bluebruce Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 Patience boys, Patience, he who waits and all that. Well, sure, if things change they change. But it's a bit hard to see how Linganzi will get a look in now. Ahead of him in the pecking order for one position: Phil Jones, N'Zonzi, Grella, Goulon. Granted, Grella hardly counts, being unavailable more often than not. Although you possibly have to put Andrews in there as well. Down to Linganzi...he has a lot of work to do.
The Rover of Finland Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 His debut must be close on Sunday. Sneaky feeling he will score if given chance.
Billy Castell Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 Should we call him Goujon now the takeover is complete?
Backroom Tom Posted November 21, 2010 Backroom Posted November 21, 2010 Nice to see King Herold get a run out, he will be a fan favourite I imagine, his foul within seconds was awesome. He looked a little rusty but put a few good blocks and tackles in.
Exiled_Rover Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 He looked ok. He was calm on the ball and looked to get himself into space. Still, clearly very rusty.
den Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 I thought he looked a little slow, and a lot lost.
NookRover Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 He's a biggun aint he. Biggun? He's a chuffin man mountian!
grizfoot Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 I thought he looked a little slow, and a lot lost. Reminded me a bit of Samba's debut, looked a little clumsy. But Samba hasn't turned out too bad.
