rock steady Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Would it have been better if he had let him score? He did the same at Villa league cup semi. It would have been better with 11 v 11. i always think that when these last man red cards happen. unless it's very late in the game, or you're winning i think its better to just let him score. there's always the possibility that he might miss. even if he scores it's less of a blow than having to play 45 mins 10 vs 11.

JohnD Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 absolutely complete stupid nonesence I want to break something. As you are biased beyond belief can I suggest your neck?
Nelsta Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Samba has no one to blame but himself. Also it seems Danny Murphy's comments have had an effect.Sundelands players are going down very easily.
tony gale's mic Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 are you a Burnley fan? He barely grazed the back of his knee. There was nothing at all in any universe that can be considered a foul there. Someone needs to buy you a five year olds guide to the game for Christmas.
neophox Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Poor by Samba, I hope this will spur the team. How on earth can you blame Pedersen? Samba can shoot the ball away if he wanted, tried to be clever. Have to say it's a very poor Premier League game and both teams looking relegated, convince me not in the second half.
Backroom DE. Posted October 18, 2010 Backroom Posted October 18, 2010 Samba's been inexpicably risky on the ball all evening. At one point during that half he ran over to the right wing, we invariably lost it and there was a gap in the back. We weren't punsihed then, but I was waiting for something like this to happen
neophox Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Did anyone remember the Villa game? 10 against 11 and we won 2-1.
Majiball Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Sod the Red, I'm more bothered by the fact the numpty commentator on Sky thinks Sir Jack Hayward brought success to Rovers. We'll do to Sunderland exactly what we did to Villa with 10.

JohnD Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 We haven't looked like scoring. Jones to centre half, Emerton off and Dunny on. Give Kalinic 15 minutes then take him off and add another Diouf. Two Dioufs are better than one.
Clitherover Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Playing for a draw in a game we needed to win then...
Amo Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Did anyone remember the Villa game? 10 against 11 and we won 2-1. What about when we lost 6-4?
Nelsta Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 lets hope this fires them up not make there heads drop.
RibbleValleyRover Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Samba has been on the whole outstanding so far this season but he definitely ###### up just now. This incident doesn't suddenly make him a crap player and for those that say he is crap on the ball remember his part in that move for the goal against Arsenal. He made a huge mistake that might cost us? Yes. Lower league level of player? Absolute ######. Sod the Red, I'm more bothered by the fact the numpty commentator on Sky thinks Sir Jack Hayward brought success to Rovers. It's Kevin Phillips.
Pinch Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Playing for a draw in a game we needed to win then... No, we WERE on top...but w/ 10 v. 11 - I'm far less optimistic. Now we'll be playing for a draw.
Backroom Tom Posted October 18, 2010 Backroom Posted October 18, 2010 Give it a rest will you? You've been at it all evening. It's boring. Fair point but it's just bloody frustrating being sat here and watch us create next to nothing. Here's for a good half. For all his flaws I bloody wish Roberts was on the bench now he'd be ideal to bring on
slough_rover Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Sod the Red, I'm more bothered by the fact the numpty commentator on Sky thinks Sir Jack Hayward brought success to Rovers. Robin Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 For all his flaws I bloody wish Roberts was on the bench now he'd be ideal to bring on Is he still injured?
adopted scouser Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Sometimes play better with ten, should push up now and go 4 3 2. We were all over them in the first half, Cattermole is a cheat and Bramble is a lardy boy with floppy bitch tits.
Gogger Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 I was sure Cattermole got the yellow for diving, how on earth didnt the ref book him?
Majiball Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 It's Kevin Phillips. Always struck me as a simpleton, rubbish commentator. Where's Andrews when you need him!!
Nelsta Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 bent has had a couple of chances now...wont be long before he finds the net.
Robin Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 their goalie seems a bit shaky from time to time.
BuckyRover Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 That goes down as a good chance in our book
