Surely that would be enough? Spurs only bought him for £1m. Would be the ideal signing, imo.

I seem to remember that it was so cheap as Pompey owed Spurs money from a transfer so the money owed was deducted from what Pompey wanted for Krancar. Thats why the deal looked so cheap.

If Spurs let him go cheap he can ask higher wages but probably he won´t get the same than now anywhere. Spurs wouldn´t sell him to their toughest rivals so we could have a chance. I prefer Krancjar than Adam.

It also states that Ngog is being watched....then mentions that its takeover dependant & that without a takeover we would have a virtually non existant kitty! Suprise, suprise!!

He would suit us perfectly to be honest. Good in the air and on feet, strong, can play with his back to goal or running at players.

Main problem is that he is injury prone and 31 years old. 3m would be way way too much.

I think that both would be good signings. Ngog would be a quality signing with his pace and Carew is a good target man. Also with Roberts and Benjani out of contract in the summer and M.Diouf going back to Man Utd. Also think we need a another striker aswell who can play out wide to. But we do need this takeover to happen! I know that some people might not be happy about the VH group buying the club and would have preferred other bidder. But that the club and owner decision who they sale to.
