ship out peds for sure some mug manager will only have a short term memory..........he is so far from anything special and allows hoillett to play if he's off, cheers for the last few goals but you ain't worth your wages. I think he is the only player id want to see leave that we would get a fee for. Not a hope in hell of getting a fee for the rest Dunn,Grella,Chimbo,.....so much wasted money!

Sad to say but we could really do with Kevin Nolan!!

No, i refuse to accept there is'nt a french, african, portugese, etc player somewhere better than that in our price range.

Great! More money to waste on someone unproven in the Prem!

Sell pedersen? Madness why make another hole to fill?

Since Pedersen is a left-winger turned centre-mid, it wouldn't be another gap because we've been crying out for a decent centre-mid for AGES.

Anyway, Pedersen's going nowhere. He knows where his bread's buttered. And the long throws mean the world to Sam.

4 in 4 is pretty useful too.

I think it's more about who to bring in rather than who to shift out. Suggesting to sell one of our starters is ridiculous, if bringing in someone new making Pedersen or whoever sit on the bench, then so be it. Strengthening the starting XI strengthens the squad.

Forget about ex rovers, they are'nt coming back, but please dont forget to sell every single one of our centre midfielders because they are the worst in the prem and we play three of them ( maybe its because they are that bad)

I would trade everyone of our midfielders just to see a Tugay through ball, or a lofted pass out wide, or a cruncher to which he never apologized for. Its amazing to think that there is no player like him anymore, or is it because we are'nt looking, our midfield is worse than it has ever been in all my years of watching and yet we are still signing rookies to fill the important spot of gamechanger.

Sort this crap midfield out and maybe our striker may get some chances to put the ball in the net and not rely on having one shot on goal to win a match.

Sell some players plus the touted £5m and buy kranjkar from spurs

Might even help Kalinic

I think any addition to our midfield would help Kalinic, but I see what you mean.

Landon Donovan on loan and splash all the money our January money on Benzema - use one galactico to convince another.

Not very realistic, I know - just tired of speculating and would like to see some better names than Gary O'Neill linked.

Is it too much to ask that we actually sign a midfielder with some pace. Maybe even one who can actually sprint. Currently a midfield consisting of any four from Nzoni, Dunn, MGP, EHD, Goulon is woefully slow. Emerton has lost half a yard but can still motor. Hoilett and the other Diouff are quick enough. Only one of those two is actually our player.... (I'm not going to start on the pace of our current full backs..)

"Tell me about the brilliant midfielders you'd sign for less than a 5 million budget then? (well probably half that since we need a striker too)"

Who says they have to be "brilliant"? They just have to be a damn sight better than the ordinary players we currently have collecting their wages at Rovers. Pace isn't everything but funnily enough you down see many players at the top clubs who are as slow as those mentioned above. You have to be a bloody good player to get away with not being quick in the Premier league (we had one in Tugay) and having the acceleration to track back and catch the opposition in our team not blessed with the greatest talent pool must be a minimum requirement.

Alternatively we can always buy a few more 6'4" players are really work on perfecting our set pieces. That is something to look forward to.

Oh, and on the latest two offerings from the media....

Larsson--I'd rather have Henrik

O'Neill--if he's that bloody good why is he STILL at Boro

Alex Witsel please.

He's very good player. His agent is Jerome Anderson. I hope we do sign this guy.

I think that Big Sam wants players with PL experience so that they can make an impact striaght away.

I would sign Carew or Ngog, Larrson and Witsel or Adam for the 3 positions that we are looking to sign players for.
