Can use DVI from Computers which is also digital but doesn't carry audio. Component and VGA also carry HD signals quite happily but are analogue so mw be prone to interferance and fuzzies. Other things besides consoles, I would look at HD media players (eg xtreamer) or a Media PC. Oh and aside from the TV, buy a proper amplifier to do surround sound, new ones should support HD audio via HDMI like DTS EX. I find for true movie watching only half of the enjoyment is picture, teh other half is having a good sound setup.
Paul Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 We found, literally, an HDMI cable in the dining room one day so plugged it in to the BT vision box. Very impressive. No one knows where this cable appeared from but it certainly works!!!
