Hahaha, that is classic, what makes it sweeter is Cook is Jim's poster boy.

If they are doctoring picthes between innings then I can see a problem but preparing a pitch before a ball is bowled is part and parcel of home ground advantage.

I love how the 85-90,000+ crowd attending the game today totally disappeared as soon as the Aussies were bowled out for 98 and England took control. The stadium was practically empty whilst England were batting.
