koi Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Can't find the boxing thread I'm afraid. My prediction; first solid punch from Haye and Audrey will be out and hopefully we'll never hear from him again. Second or third round, can't decide yet.

Exiled_Rover Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 I've put a lot of money on Haye. Obviously I won't be getting much back, but it's a banker if ever I saw one.
modes98 Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Round 4, big knock out for Haye. Harrison doesn't stand a chance.
Exiled_Rover Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Harrison stands a puncher's chance, this is boxing after all. I seriously doubt he wins though.
ABBEY Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 1-5 Audrey...think its worth cheeky tenner..stranger things have happened. Haye on points methinks...split decision ..feeeling
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Haye on points, it will surely be rigged. Haye can claim he's the greatest ever (the K. brothers don't exist apparently) and Audley will get a big pension plan.
Mattyblue Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Audrey weighs in 3 stone heavier, Haye at his lightest ever, Haye will have the agility, does he have the punching power or the chin... Probably but only takes 1 punch
RibbleValleyRover Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Like others have said Harrison has a chance. He is a more natural heavyweight plus has a southpaw stance which could cause Haye problems and he's never really had that chin tested either. Haye probably the likely winner but all it takes is one punch for that to change.

Haye can claim he's the greatest ever (the K. brothers don't exist apparently) and Audley will get a big pension plan. No chance, Haye will go out to destroy Harrison in some style. As for the Klits, I don't like them one bit, they are like robotic boxers, ruthlessly efficient but with the all the style of a cauliflower.
koi Posted November 12, 2010 Author Posted November 12, 2010 I've put a lot of money on Haye. Obviously I won't be getting much back, but it's a banker if ever I saw one. There seems to be some decent odds on the round betting particularly from eight onwards.
LeChuck Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Anybody have a link to all the matches on the card tonight? Trying to find out any information about boxing is like banging your head against a brick wall.
cn174 Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 I don't know how accurate this is, but this is what the MEN Arena website thinks: Haye vs Harrison Undercard
LeChuck Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Thanks Clare. Not really any names on there that I recognise so I guess I'll just wait for the big one.
LeChuck Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Never has the name 'Fraudley' been more deserved, he didn't even attempt to fight. Thankfully his career is in tatters. Hopefully the Klitchkos will remove the outrageous stipulations they want in the contracts and Haye can have a proper fight.

Will the Kilts want to fight Haye? not if they've any sense.
koi Posted November 13, 2010 Author Posted November 13, 2010 This is news? No, but your last chance and the best you can do is two, maybe three tentative jabs, pathetic.
LeChuck Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Why did anyone give audrey a chance? Haye is a serious fighter. Will the Kilts want to fight Haye? not if they've any sense. Even in the upcoming Chisora fight, he's had to sign that he'll Vitali if he wins, then another match against Wladimir if he gets through that. I don't blame Haye for backing away from that kind of nonsense. The thing is, Harrison does have the tools but he chose not to do anything. A poor fighter doesn't win a gold medal, he's just mentally not a top boxer. He did a decent job of convincing people he was going to give a it a go.
SamTheShrew Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 The stupid thing is, how much money has Harrison made from being a boxer who basically can't box?
Gav Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Absolutely pathetic display from Harrison, he never threw a punch and his purse should be held back.
sleepyjack Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Haye could fight either Klitschko if he really wanted. And so far, he hasn't wanted to whatsoever. Tonight's fight was hilariously wretched, as everyone should have seen coming. Thank God there are still a few entertaining fights being made in boxing. Lopez - Marquez last week was great and Katsidis - (the other) Marquez, Williams - Martinez and Froch - Abraham are all coming up this month.
Backroom DE. Posted November 13, 2010 Backroom Posted November 13, 2010 Fraudley should have just laid down at the beginning of the first round and got it over with. He had no intention of taking the initiative, feel sorry for anybody who paid for that.
