Glenn Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Ok, if you only read the text of this article, you'd dismiss it was either a conspiracy theory or the plot to a Dan Brown novel. But the Hansard (the official record on what is said in the Houses of Parliament) does confirm what was said. I don't know what is more worrying. A lord admitted to money laundering for the IRA with the bank of England's full consent. He's implying the Catholic Church is covertly trying to obtain political influence in the UK in return for easing the financial burden. http://www.antipope.org/charlie/blog-static/2010/11/conspiracy-theories.html

Taking £17 billion off some organisation and thinking you can drop them at will, come on Theno, lets get real here, do that and your probably brown bread.
philipl Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Lord James is not totally bonkers- he is the chap who uncovered the Iraq super gun affair. He got his peerage for donations to the Tory party.
