Tim Southampton Rover Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Lucky not to be 2-0 down then.
beerwins Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Nothing wrong with the second goal , we were lucky there.
Backroom Tom Posted December 12, 2010 Backroom Posted December 12, 2010 Get Hoilett on for Diouf now FFS
MarkBRFC71 Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 At least Nelsen tried to close him down. Pedersen - bloody clueless and stood back to watch him shoot. Why are we playing like WE'RE the team with 10 men?!?
Amo Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Rovers the set-piece/long-throw specialists - except defending them. Bring on Dunn and Hoilett for Emerton and E. Diouf.
Backroom Tom Posted December 12, 2010 Backroom Posted December 12, 2010 I can see this twenty minutes now going without so much as a good chance for us, they will just try and kill the game and rightly so we cant break teams down who sit back
Dan Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Don't rate Mame Diouf, rather we had brought on Niko. Please score Mame and prove me wrong.
Miker Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Can't believe we're losing - don't deserve to lose this at all.
Rover Down Under Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Dunny readying to come on, for Diouf 1 or JR I hope.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Another handball appeal turned down. Looked like it to me.
Miker Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Why is Roberts still on the pitch? Because he's our best striker by far and has had a great game so far?
Exiled_Rover Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Can't believe we're losing - don't deserve to lose this at all. Yes we do.
RibbleValleyRover Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 I expect some people will be saying that the change to a 4-4-2 resulted in our downfall today if the result ends this way. A change in system shouldn't result in people switching off and not closing down inside the area. Its the defensive basics. I guess after last week's criticism maybe I shouldn't speak about this but why hasn't Kalinic come on?
Tim Southampton Rover Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Handball is allowed today? It was Paul Robinson who handballed it. Maybe the ref got a bit confused and thought he was one of two people who could touch it in the area.
philipl Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 This is where our lack of passing class gets found out. I'd have left Olsson on- his pace was causing trouble.
MarkBRFC71 Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Looks like once again we might pay the price for starting with a pretty negative side against a very beatable team. Lots of possession but no idea going forward. We look like a team managed by an ex-lower league, agricultural centre half - rugged at the back but bloody clueless in the opposition half.
HemelRover Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Handball is allowed today? Apparently so. What i said about Clattenberg at half time coming back to bite me on the ass
