You've missed the point. Nicko said the original 5M promised for transfer in January had been significantly revised. In the context he wrote that meant upwards. I'm asking HIM for a clarification!

Rovers signed nobody in the summer - not brilliant players. But better than nothing if we had signed those two in the summer. Sam gets the best out of bad players.
