I think we've seen less direct balls.....but it's also making us less threatening. Have we even tested their rookie goalkeeper apart from the opening few minutes when we had a couple of freekicks in succession?

Great save from their keeper. We've tested him and he's bloody amazing! :lol:

So far a dire game from two dire teams. As a team we are a creative abyss.

Agree.

We hadn't failed to score a goal for ages under Allardyce (when was the last time?).

Direct tactics in the second half please Steve. Get the three points then get to work on the training field next week, we can't threaten the goal playing in this manner just yet.

Quite an edgy game, as many expected. A lot of the players don't look like they fancy it today.

West Ham are there for the taking. At the moment, we're playing all of our football in front of them. We just need to bring on Olsson or Hoilett to give us some space behind their backline.
