As usual on this board a lot of hysteria

JW is staying so relax

Sam's football was boring if we were honest, effective yes but we d never get above top 10 and he never played a strong side in the cup

Give these Venky guys a chance...if they get it wrong then slate them, but at least allow them to show us who they think the future is...

For me

MO'Neill is a top manager and I wish he had got England job ahead of Maclaren

Jol is v good, 5th 2 years running with Spurs

Like him or not Sven has a great club record around the World

As for others Poyet too big a gamble...Coyle wont leave notlob, Holloway probably not a big enough name but I like him

So rather than killing them allow them a chance, they ve put their money where their mouth is, unlike a lot of the Blackburn public, 19,000 when we beat chelsea under Hughes to get into the UEFA Cup

Hughes coming back would not be a bad thing either

Post some hysteria and some assemblence of order now that JW is staying...

Time for us to turn up on Saturday and get behind the team

AND

It's also time for the team to do their talking on the pitch

Between us we can help cement one of the relegation candidates and send them back to where they should have been before they cheated Sheff U of their place in the Prem, and of course, anyone who plays in those disgusting colours, and has owners like their's (Yes, there can be worse) deserves their end in this league.

Oh, and I'd like a decent and proven manager in quickly please, no nutters please Venky's!

Kean in charge until the end of the season? Surely some sort of translation mix up. First we're thinking they've someone instantly lined up, then they're saying it COULD be 2 months and now we have to wait until may with a coach as a manager!

Doesn't add up to me at all. Cheers Kentaro, thanks a lot! :angry2:

I am willing to give Kean a chance, however.

Roberts has just been on Five Live saying that it's time for the players to rally around Steve Kean. He also said that the players have a lot of respect for Steve and that he is a fantastic coach. Didn't really want to speculate who may end up being our manager longer term, said there were foreign managers out there as well as British managers who could do a job here.

The problem is that she is one thing in a indian paper and another thing to the LET!!! Her brother has said one thing to skysports and another thing to bbc lancs radio.

YOU JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT IS FICTION AND WHAT IS NON-FICTION!!! Why is the not just one person talking like the Club Chairman John Williams. Not rocket science is it???

In the Pune Mirror so it must be true. After all, Avinash Rajput is Hindi for Alan Nixon. :xmas:

“We had thought about Maradona as a coach after we took over. Talks were at the initial stage then but there is no development on that front yet. For now the current coach will be the manager till the end of the season and there is no question of signing anyone for such a short time.”

“There is no need for Blackburn fans to worry. The team is in safe hands and we have the best of experts working for us. Blackburn will be amongst the top teams and its just the matter of time.”

Those are direct quotes from Desai, what is not to believe?

Spot on. Their communication is awful. Everything that has happened, in the public domain, seems to be haphazard and a bit unprofessional.

Definitely sounds like this is the best way to avoid spending anymore money. If so,its a totally unacceptable situation!

.... who has not been best chuffed with Sam all season.

Not a sensible post Simon.

What me saying that Roberts saying the players had to rally behind Kean was sensible?

I know you liked Sam jim but you're allowing yourself to be swept away by the collective hysteria on here.

Who is telling the truth?

Venkatash: We have a target in mind, coach to be in charge for around 2 months.

Desai: We are in no rush to appoint, coach to be in charge till end of season.

Desai said that there is no unrest or insecurity amongst the players and the decision to discontinue with Allardyce was taken after consulting and convincing 95 percent of the team members.

WHAT? The players swore blind they knew nothing about this sacking...the Roberts/Nelson interviews?

My head is spinning.
