The very least they can do for the club is act with similar clinical determination now and remove Steve Kean from the Manager's position.

Or themselves.

The Liverpool game flattered him. But our owners won't get rid, it'll be a loss of face. Was it Les Reed at Charlton who held a similar position and promoted to manager?

How can they remove themselves? Is there somebody else wanting to buy Rovers?

Venky's acted with clinical efficiency when Sam's no show side ruined their Man U party.

that would require consistency and when it comes to venky´s, thats just impossible. Unless its stupidity.

Time to get the Facebook petition going again.

Maybe the only way of getting through to the owners, due to their location in India.

I'm well aware it was a non-sensical statement, but I don't really care. They do not have any idea how to manage a premier league club, and it's sad to see what is happening to our club as a result of their ineptitude.

Venky's have to sacked SK and JJ. Plus get rid of Kentaro/JA as advisors!!! We have gone worse since you came in as owners!!! Rovers was a stable club with a very good chairman and good manager in place!!!

NOW

We don't have a chairman and we have a tactically clueless manager in charge who doesn't know what he is doing!!!

MY PLAN

We need to appoint Tom Finn as Chairman and let him run the club with the owners unless they want to sell and we can get probably owners in who knows what they are doing!

Sacked Steve Kean and JJ from rovers coaching staff!

Appointed a proven PL manager in and let him sort out this mess we are in!!!

WE WANT OUR CLUB BACK NOW!!! ROVERS TILL WE DIE

If Rao or whoever does read this forum, here's a question for you....

Would you sack an experienced factory manager over in India and appoint one of the chicken pluckers to take his place?

No, didn't think so.

The likes of Chaddy are indeed priceless for Rovers - the guys and gals who follow Rovers home and away on a regular basis and are fully entitled to their opinions which compare more favourably than some of the nonsense emanating out of Ewood since our new owners took charge.

Oh I beg your pardon sir...........

I have no issue with him having an opinion, but his views could be looked at as simplistic and thats being generous.

His loyalty to the club is without question though.

But really, constantly posting names for the managers job, it has become tiresome at best.

I go to every home game and haven't miss one since about 10 years ago. Plus I have been to about 5 away games aswell this season.

Do you go to the games Mercerman???

Chaddy, I'm not sure, but you appear to be having a pop at Mercerman, however I think he was defending you pal.

I wasn't having a go at Mercerman. I was just simply asking does he go to the games?

Chaddy, Ada is correct - I was defending you as I think that you are more entitled to voice your opinion than a lot on here given your regular support at matches.

In answer to your question, yes I do go to matches both home and away and have missed only a few this season. Fortunately, I didn't go today despite a free of charge offer from a colleague who is a Villan and has told me tonight that we were simply bloody awful and heading for The Championship!

Now how would that work? They wouldn't want us, no-one else would so we'd disappear? Hardly realistic or desirable. The only solution somehow is to get this lot to swallow their pride, admit they know FA about football and put people in leading positions who do. Tricky....

The dawn of the new era is well and truly over and is rapidly turning into a nightmare. If Mrs. Desai bought the club to market Venkys it is proving to be a spectacular own goal. Since Venkys became involved in the club the Rovers have simply gone into freefall. Indeed, many would argue that the management decisions taken by Mrs. Desai have helped to create the mess we are now in. Hardly the sort of decision making that is going to help promote Venkys around the world.

I simply find it staggering that Mrs Desai could remove a manager without actually having been to Ewood to talk to people in and around the club and get the views of those who, with all due respect, know a little bit more about the game than herself. What is it about business people who buy into football clubs and then don't seem to apply the same logic that made them so successful in business in the first place? Mrs. Desai is clearly a gifted businesswoman and yet to appoint Kean on a 2 and a half year contract, simply on basis of the fact that he is a positive thinker and works long hours is simply amazing. While she states that Jerome Anderson will fade into the background many Rovers fans think that the appointment of the Anderson boys - Kean and Jensen - has already put a question mark over the club's Premier League future.

I really don't know where the club go from here. Mrs Desai has hitched her wagon to Kean so strongly that she cannot ditch him without losing face and credibility. Yet, coming away from Villa today, I didn't hear one Rovers' supporter who believes that Kean will keep the club in the Premier League. Indeed, even if by some miracle we can escape the drop this year, how will he succeed to keep us up next year without the luxury of the 20 points that Sam gained prior to his sacking.

For all the positive spin that has tried to be put on the appointment of Kean the simple fact is that today he looked out of his depth. More worrying was the fact that the players didn't appear motivated for the game and the team as a whole seemed lacking in organization. This, coming after the two week break in which we were supposedly going to get things right tactically - well today was a tactical shambles on the same level of the Paul Ince era.

If the dawn of the new era is not to end in relegation Mrs Desai is going to have to bring someone in to oversee the circus at Ewood Park. Without a chairman, with an inexperienced manager, assistant manager and first team coach, the club is crying out for an old head to rescue the situation. I wonder if Mrs Desai still has Big Sam's number? Somehow I can't see those big name Brazilians too eager to accept the Venky shilling to play at Doncaster, Scunthorpe or the Turf next season.

I've already said it was a non-sensical post. I simply wish they'd never turned up at all.
