chaddyrovers Posted January 9, 2011 Author Posted January 9, 2011 Feeling even more sorry for Burnley now. Howe HAS got a third offer...and possibly a fourth. You would never believe where. Must have some agent. Either that or there are no managers about. Rovers number 2 or at west ham
nicko Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Rovers number 2 or at west ham No...well, not yet anyway. Flavour of the month. Amazed.
Majiball Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Talk drivel are saying that Clarke will be going to Liverpool as Kenny's No.2. So who's ours?
Blackburn Ender Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 The Observer said Ian Rush is Kenny's No. 2.
nicko Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Talk drivel are saying that Clarke will be going to Liverpool as Kenny's No.2. So who's ours? Might be able to say later.

nicko Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 'flavour of the month' You could have said they about 'Coyley' at one time ay Nicko?! Still is. Superior flavour of the month...
chaddyrovers Posted January 9, 2011 Author Posted January 9, 2011 can you give us a clue who will be Rovers number 2 nicko?
nicko Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 can you give us a clue who will be Rovers number 2 nicko? The guy is out of work just now...but was about to take a job with an international set-up.
67splitscreen Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 The guy is out of work just now...but was about to take a job with an international set-up. Ray Lewington. ?
nicko Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Burnley think they will have a manager by Tuesday or Wednesday. The figures mentioned to Howe are greater than those that Crystal Palace are offering. But Our Eddie might have something even better.
Sandiway Blue Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Burnley think they will have a manager by Tuesday or Wednesday. The figures mentioned to Howe are greater than those that Crystal Palace are offering. But Our Eddie might have something even better. West ham? Wolves?
chaddyrovers Posted January 9, 2011 Author Posted January 9, 2011 The guy is out of work just now...but was about to take a job with an international set-up. British??? could be Steve Clarke or Ray Wilkins. it can't tugay then
thenodrog Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Nicko, any chance of you getting Coyle the Liverpool job? They must be sweating at Bolton? No chance. Owen Coyle's middle name is loyalty remember.
nicko Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Burnley's approach for Malky Mackay is now 'official' - which is odd. Could have sworn that was last week. Somebody using them here...not sure he wants to go...unless the wages go up. Been into Mackay's ribs fopr days without any encouragement. All sorts of games being played.
thenodrog Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Talk drivel are saying that Clarke will be going to Liverpool as Kenny's No.2. So who's ours? They talk about Clarke like he's some sort of super coach after his spell at Chelsea with Mourhino. Well whatever qualities he had must have stayed at Stamford Bridge cos it looks like he took none of them with him to West Ham. The Observer said Ian Rush is Kenny's No. 2. Well done Kenny. First rule of management. Never NEVER appoint anybody of quality as your understudy! It's always worked for me thats for sure. The guy is out of work just now...but was about to take a job with an international set-up. Sam Allardyce?
Backroom Tom Posted January 9, 2011 Backroom Posted January 9, 2011 Was Tisdale ever considered for Burnley nicko? I like him I think he could make it
nicko Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Was Tisdale ever considered for Burnley nicko? I like him I think he could make it I don't think so, but arguably as good as Eddie Howe. Must not have such a noisy agent.
USABlue Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Feeling even more sorry for Burnley now. Howe HAS got a third offer...and possibly a fourth. You would never believe where. Must have some agent. Either that or there are no managers about. Shouldn't be a problem being that the dingles job is so desirable
Exiledfan Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 No closer to a new manager now than two weeks ago. Stuart Gray must be fancying his chances.
brfcshabba Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 For Ass Man - No sure if mentioned but John Carver?
nicko Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Shouldn't be a problem being that the dingles job is so desirable Shouldn't be a problem. Good squad, money to spend, well-placed in table. Must be asking the wrong people for advice on managerial appointments.
Steve Moss Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Sam possibly to West Ham on 6 month deal. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/West-Ham-new-manager-Sam-Allarcdyce-to-be-offered-six-month-keep-us-up-deal-article668133.html
