SAS Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 A group of well off rovers fan that have their own bit of the darwen end boxes. They contribute money to buy gifts such as ground covers, mini buses , training ground equipment etc.
Grez Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 Not necessarily well off - just a select group of very committed supporters who raise money for the club etc.
Bobby G Posted January 1, 2011 Posted January 1, 2011 Do we have any notable Rovers multi-millionaires?
ultrablue Posted January 1, 2011 Posted January 1, 2011 I earn over 2.5million a month... One minor problem though. Check the exchange rate
SD4E Posted January 1, 2011 Posted January 1, 2011 the 100 clubs been going for donkeys years, and its basically a group of fans when times were very tough (pre walker) who helped the club out with some generous donations and fundraising to keep the club going. When the riverside collection fund was going, a few of the members made VERY generous donations to allow the club to pay bills. each year they raise money for minibuses for the disabled supporters etc and have an annual dinner at Ewood. They have a very close relationship with the club, and do have their own section of the DE lounge. and yes, there will be an odd millionaire in there im sure as a lot ran successful businesses in Lancashire.
bobsterbrfc Posted January 1, 2011 Author Posted January 1, 2011 Thanks for the replies guys; was just curious! Your answers were a nice distraction from what's going on at the Stadium of Light...
