AHoyle90 Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Definitely not getting carried away, but on merit/form alone Hoilett is miles ahead of El Hadji Diouf at the moment. Five at the back worked a treat away at Newcastle, but playing 4-4-2 in consecutive games should stand us in good stead, I'm not a believer of messing about with systems and shapes every two games. Let's hope Dunny is up to the pace today as he was against Liverpool because if not, we are knackered.

philipl Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 The Chelsea bench looks pretty thin...linky On current form Sturridge and McEachran could rip us apart.
Andy Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Bit worried with the central midfield pairing of Dunn and MGP, but you never know. I can see Hoilett and Olsson scaring the life out of the Chelsea fullbacks and with the two we have up front (and Roque on the bench), there's every chance we will score at least one...
Backroom Tom Posted January 15, 2011 Backroom Posted January 15, 2011 I don't get it Philip on current form wr have just won two on the bounce unless you mean the form of Sturridge. Edit: I should add I expect nothing other than a comfortable Chelsea win but our last league game was the best we've played in years
Rover-in-London Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Anyone listening to the pr job being done on radio rovers, so obviously being told what to say.
martmitch Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 I hope they go out with the mentality that nothing is expected, therefore give it a go, chelsea not the invincibles this season
philipl Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Chelsea hit the bar- they look very determined.
imy9 Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Rovers first shot on target, good counter attack, looks a very open game.
Mr. E Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 this is gonna be one hell of a match, one way or the other...
martmitch Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 so far so good, defenders are playing like heros and were creating a few chances too, cutting out any crosses very effectively
MarkBRFC71 Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Dunny injured? There's a surprise .... Holding our own so far though.
philipl Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Dunn was playing really well. Huge challenge for Lowe now. MB Diouf really impressive today.
Wild Irish Rover Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Cracking quote from Setanta - "Players like Keith Andrews - you only know what you are missing when they aren't in the side.."
Backroom Tom Posted January 15, 2011 Backroom Posted January 15, 2011 Wish it was Linganzi instead of Lowe. Dunny just proves again why Adam would be ideal. Could do with City pulling level against Wolves
Heinz Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Givet just saved us! Pfffff Givet just saved us! Pfffff
bigbrandjohn Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Shaka Hislop commentary is something else
martmitch Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 super tackle from givet, thought that was 1-0 coming up + good move and shot from junior
Dan Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Shaka Hislop commentary is something else I've never heard anything so bad! I was wondering who it was, makes ITV seem pretty decent!
Brandeburg Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Stoke scored against Bolton, West Brom-B'pool 1-1.
