That Robbo story reared it's ugly head 6 months ago and was laughed off. I'm sure the same will happen again. IF NOT, they better have deep pockets because I'm sure we would want 3 times what we paid for him. What is it with Redknapp signing back players? Portuguese sources suggesting he's over here for a 10 day trial... Sounds very exciting. I personally hope we can bring in Rochina, Vazquez and now this lad- whatever the thoughts on Venky's, bringing in talented youth (with the late-Trust's beloved 'potential resale value') to blend into an experienced team reinforced with quality loans sounds a very good business plan to me- and exciting times ahead for Rovers!

I admit, I had my doubts about Robbo, and he was a flapper when he first came here and let it some sloppy goals. But I think he's really benefited from playing in a settled side, away from the undue pressure of the Tottenham and England fold.

He's one of the PL best goalkeepers at this time, and Tottenham would have to pay through the nose to get him back. But I have a feeling this will be a nothing story.

That's my view as well. It's taken a while for him to find his feet but I can't deny he's playing at the top of his form now.
