Regarding the Charlie Adam transfer, I applaud Blackpool for the stance and the price they've put on his head, they need him to stay, simple as that.

The guy was plucked from obscurity and wants to jump ship at the first opportunity the money men come calling. He needs to do the right thing and stay until the summer.

Blackpool couldn't replace the guy in this window even with 10m, and that seriously puts their place in the premiership in jeopardy.

We've missed out on players because nobody wants to play for a manager they've never heard of. Sam is well known here and abroad and could have attracted the players we have missed out on.
