According to the Argentinian Journo fella (waltersafarian) on twitter the Formica deal is a 3 year contract on a permanent deal - however he doesnt know the fee.

I doubt that it'll be a Rovers bomb. Unless we've somehow actually signed Riquelme or some other over-the-hill-but-still-a-name South American.

What about Ian Holloway?

Could be him resigning as he said he would if he got fined for fielding a weakened team (and he has)...
