Villa Park is never an easy place to go, but to gift 3 goals to a team rising in confidence is criminal.

First 10 minutes of 2nd half will be crucial if we are to get anything out of this game

All defensive mistakes...

Hanley at fault for at least 1 giving a stupid header for Pires.

Not over till the fat lady sings but we need to be at least 3-2 by 60 mins.

Hoilett not done much but olsson rattled the bar.

On paper Rovers have a stronger team.

Really? Andrews and Pedersen are very poor and very average respectively, Roberts is 4th choice striker, Roque's hardly played, Hanley's only 18, and N'Zonzi's just come back from months out. All things considered, a very average team IMO.

Id still expect more from them (NZonzi and Andrews) than Robert Pires who can no longer run.

Id be doing my utmost to get Hoillett against their youth left back personally, thats how our goal came, down the right

Just got in, scoreline makes for poor reading... sounds like a lot of errors. Keef's playing, Santa Cruz is injured *mock surprise* and defense is all over the place.

I'm not that bothered if we exit the FA cup at this stage and concentrate on the league, but to have RSC injured and with the potential of a real drubbing on the cards if Villa can nick another one or two is a bit downheartening.

very true. Kean is using this game to get a few of the long termers back in. In hindsight, Santa should have been on the bench. Early goal in the second half (yes optimists, there is one) and who knows.

No Givet and MB Diouf completely off the seen again.

Urgently need to pull one back pronto.

We need to score early in the second half and have a go... It is the cup and it's Villa so I'm not expecting much to be honest.

Pedersen and Andrews in midfield so what do you expect?

Im not trying to start an argument or anything just passing on what im seeing...

TBH professional footballers...id expect allot more.
