Backroom Tom Posted February 5, 2011 Backroom Posted February 5, 2011 Thank God for that Daz half the thread seemed to be people asking for links. Dunn and Diouf seem to be the only positive reinforcements from the bench, can't wait till the new guys are up to speed

Rover Down Under Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Can anyone describe Roberts' goal for those unable to see the game? Beautiful diagonal ball from Hoilett out to Emerton on the right who ran it into the box and put in a low cross which Roberts put into the roof of the net from about 2 yards out. Roberts didn't celebrate.
Rovermatt Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 I'm going to go out on a limb and say that that was McCarthy's first goal of the season...
Bobby G Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 hese are games we must win. A few teams below us have found form at the right time. Maybe Relegation isn't the topic at hand but be sure that falling down the table is on the table so to speak.

This half could be definitive as to whether we are going to be looking forward or watching over our shoulders this season
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 I'm going to go out on a limb and say that that was McCarthy's first goal of the season... Scored last week.

shraffy Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 possession 62-38 for wigan. found that surprising.
RibbleValleyRover Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Wigan 62% possession... I know i was surprised at that as well. Both sides same number of shots on target as well and both sides with four corners.
Backroom Tom Posted February 5, 2011 Backroom Posted February 5, 2011 The pitch isn't going to help us play football and wont be ideal for Hoilett bursting down the wings. Time to see if we can still mix it up
slough_rover Posted February 5, 2011 Author Posted February 5, 2011 Dunn and Mame should be difference between 1 or 3 points.
TugaysMarlboro Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 That pitch looks like a right sod to play on.
tommm Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 possession 62-38 for wigan. found that surprising. Probably a mistake. BBC has us with over 50%.
rebelmswar Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 The pitch isn't going to help us play football and wont be ideal for Hoilett bursting down the wings. It's strange to be worrying about that isn't it?
Dan Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 That pitch looks like a right sod to play on. It's getting worse and worse, the ball isn't running well all. ######, another mistake from Samba.
Mr. E Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 glad we signed Samba - we couldn't have lost this game without him.
OsloRover Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 That, however, is a massive Robinson blunder
