Tim Southampton Rover Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 We've had 4 goal attempts already after 22 minutes. I remember games when we were lucky to have 1 attempt. We might be losing but we look like we can get back into this.

Backroom DE. Posted February 2, 2011 Backroom Posted February 2, 2011 Sounds like we're well on top. Spurs to score their 2nd shortly, then.
tommm Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 We're playing pretty well, actually, put lots of balls into their box. Shame about the scoreline...
OsloRover Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 How's Andrews doing? Very well. We miss Pedersen's long throws though, of all things.
rebelmswar Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 This game had Kalanic and Diouf all over it
Amo Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 We miss Pedersen's long throws though, of all things. No, we really don't. Spurs have created nothing other than the goal. Very frustrating.
Toodling Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 how havnt we scored yet?! had so many chances
Eddie Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Playing very well at the moment. Dunn having his best game in months.
waynerovers Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 i've just come on my break at work, can anyone tell me why the hell andrews is on the field?
Dan Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 So close by Dunn! Junior is looking donning stronger physically than last season. Let's hope the two new lads can bulk up in the same way.
Nelsta Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 why wasnt crouch booked for his foul? in other news, Charlie Adam had just scored direct from a corner.
bigbrandjohn Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 why wasnt crouch booked for his foul? in other news, Charlie Adam had just scored direct from a corner. Good. Vindicates Holloway's stance.
Nelsta Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 how is it 0-1 at half time? Got a feeling it's gonna be one of them games.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Enjoyed that half despite being a goal behind. Hopefully we'll have a more successful second half in front of goal.
bigbrandjohn Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Well we are playing flowing Football plenty of good chances. Lets convert a few in the second half
artemorethanlabore Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 How is that not a booking for Gallas? Quoted for truth
True Blue & White Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Half time, it's the stick for Samba and the carrot for Dunn me thinks.
Daremz Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 We never play good for 2 halves. Had good hope on an equaliser, let's hope we can get one in the second, although I doubt...
Heinz Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 how is it 0-1 at half time? Got a feeling it's gonna be one of them games. True we deserve sooooo much more. Dunn looking dangerous, our two attackers toothless tbf....
tommm Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Good half. We're comfortably outplaying a Champions League side, and we're very unlucky to be behind.
Amo Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 We've been the better side, but Spurs scored with their only real chance, helped by Samba's slack defending. Dunn's rolling back the years tonight. Maybe it's the skinhead? Also, dear commentators STFU about Tottenham's injury list. They're still head n' shoulders above us on paper.
BuckyRover Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 It's just been one of those games so far. Can't fault the performance other than giving away that stupid early goal. We need to be careful we don't go too gung ho too soon after the break. They could easily bag another.
Dan Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 how is it 0-1 at half time? Got a feeling it's gonna be one of them games. I'm thinking the same, we'll keep pushing and Defoe will grab a sucker punch goal.
