Rainmaker Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 We've been the better side, but Spurs scored with their only real chance, helped by Samba's slack defending. And Crouch holding him down...

Valois Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Despite the stupid early goal, we have looked pretty good. Gomes is awful, need to shot on sight, he flaps at everything. If we don't get something from this game I would be very disapointed. To be fair to Andrews, he has done ok.
Gogger Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Please no more playtime for the pointing irishman!
chris Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 decent half, defo lacking a bit of quality upfront, although we all know that Our best hope is Dunn I thik sicknote Santa Cruz would have made a difference. Andrews is a little depressing
John Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 If wr are too much more opem the 2nd will come easy. Jones looks well off the pace, hope he does not get sent off. They are aiding us to look threatening
Fatwest Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Even though we are getting beat I'm actually enjoying this game!! The way we are playing there is no reason we can't turn this around in the second half!!! Believe.
booth Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Can't believe we are a goal down. They've only had one real effort and scored, we just can't score. Andrews has done nothing, take him off. Dunn is running round like a man possessed and KA is just strolling round pointing at fresh air. The man is not a top flight footballer. Other than that, upfront is looking stagnant and their defence doesn't look the best. Kalinic on for Roberts?
Backroom Tom Posted February 2, 2011 Backroom Posted February 2, 2011 Were the better team here just one piece of bad defendkg and were behind, looks like one of those nights even though we are playing well It seems that spura are unbookable as well. Andrews doing well but it's not stopping the crowd moaning everytime he doesn't jump into a tackle.
True Blue & White Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Also, dear commentators STFU about Tottenham's injury list. They're still head n' shoulders above us on paper. I'm watching in Dutch, the bloke hasn't got a "pundit" with him so all he's saying is the names...it's brilliant!
Teacup Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 I know a few people will disagree but I would prefer it if Dunn looked to the wings rather than shooting/passing to marked strikers. Same with the set pieces, would prefer it if he played them shorter.
Eddie Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Yet again...how was that not a booking? Very, very nearly a pen.
bigbrandjohn Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 good chance in the first few seconds. Diouf should have had that one. It was one on one.
Eddie Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 What he should have shown was more composure. No need to hit that when he was stretching like that. He really had time to take a touch.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 I can't believe that people are slating Andrews despite him playing well in the first half. The lad can't win
Eddie Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Pen for who? For us. Salgado was fouled an inch or two outside of the area.
Dan Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Diouf and Roberts are useless at finishing. Hopefully Roque will be back soon.
BuckyRover Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Well done, he's finally booked a Spurs player. Ey come on. They've got a lot of injuries!
RibbleValleyRover Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Diouf and Roberts are useless at finishing. Hopefully Roque will be back soon. Kalinic is on the bench, he offers more of a goal threat than Roberts.
Amo Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Kalinic is on the bench, he offers more of a goal threat than Roberts. Yup, get him on for Roberts.
Eddie Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Very good save from Robinson. Great game to watch. Seems to be a great atmosphere.
LeftWinger Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Kalinic is on the bench, he offers more of a goal threat than Roberts. Even while sat on the bench he offers more of a goal threat than Roberts.
