There is a problem. It may be sorted by re-negotiating terms. However it could be totally scrapped. Know in an hour.

Blackpool's problem is their wage cap structure. Can't see Diouf going there for £10k a week. Either they get rid of that structure, bringing a whole load of new debt on the club as other players renegotiate for higher wages, or stick to buying players who are happy to earn within that bracket. Saying that, is Beattie only going to be on £10k ?

Just seen from @barcastuff on Twitter that Barcelona want to include a buy-back clause for Rochina until 2012. Perhaps that's the hold up?

Implies the info is from SkySports though but does say he's having his medical.

He reminds me very much of a young Alan Shearer in his attitude, style and sometimes his finishing.

He's bigger and stronger though.
