dcbrfc Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Again, Glenn, thanks for this service. For those mentioning the £2 price - I really would prefer to be able to sell at £1 but as Glenn said we'd cpme away with bugger all once Paypal takes its fee. Reckon the bundling option on back issues is a good idea - if doable with the software (Glenn?) ... Say four issues for the £2 - Thoughts? Issue 81 will be up on March 19 as well.

Reckon the bundling option on back issues is a good idea - if doable with the software (Glenn?) ... Say four issues for the £2 - Thoughts? Issue 81 will be up on March 19 as well. Very doable. The only problem is me finding the time to convert the ones you sent, package them up and upload them. But I will find time soon.
nellybc Posted March 7, 2011 Posted March 7, 2011 you find the time for that package and consider 1 lot sold!! good work chaps!!
dcbrfc Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Issue 81 printed today and will be available on Saturday both electronically on this site or from the ground. Sellers *should* be by the bridge at the Aqueduct pub, near the burger van behind the club shop and one around the Darwen End. A couple of other potential sellers expressed an interest so *may* be around the Riverside but that's not been confirmed yet. Hopefully it won't be raining!
dcbrfc Posted March 18, 2011 Posted March 18, 2011 Just a reminder that issue 81 of 4,000 Holes is out tomorrow. It will be available from the BRFCS shop if you can't get to Ewood or would prefer a digital copy ... Hope you enjoy it!
Glenn Posted March 20, 2011 Author Posted March 20, 2011 Issue 81 (32 pages) now available for download http://www.brfcs.com/wordpress/premium/4000-holes-81/
dcbrfc Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Nice one Glenn - We've had some very positive feedback from yesterday's sales. Please let me know what you think here.
Glenn Posted March 20, 2011 Author Posted March 20, 2011 I have to say, it's one of the best issue's I've read in a long time, I just hope you fly under Venky's radar, you don't pull your punches
TugaysMarlboro Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 I don't usually buy a copy myself. But knowing Mr. Clough personally I thought it may be an interesting read, I was proven correct. Enjoyed it.
EnglishChris Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Payment could not be started, please try again. That's what i get when trying to buy it

Glenn Posted March 21, 2011 Author Posted March 21, 2011 It's all fixed again now, sorry for the interruption.
BangkokRover Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 Been a long time since I have read 4000 Holes and it was OK. Cheers BKR
dcbrfc Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 I wondered why we weren't getting any orders through - had one today though so I assume it's all working fine now
dcbrfc Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 Had two emails saying people have bought issues via BRFCS but have not received the pdf. Has this happened to anyone else? Glenn, could you look into this? I'll email a pdf manually to those who have had the problem tonight.
Glenn Posted April 1, 2011 Author Posted April 1, 2011 I'll check it out in the morning (been away on business for a few days), but they are not sent a pdf, once they've paid for it, the "buy now" button is replaced with a link to download it. I'm sure a few people miss that
Exiled in Toronto Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Same happened to me but logging back onto Paypal provided the link
