Deserved to be level. Finally some luck.

Roberts no impact and Diouf barely so as well. Midfield has been very disciplined. Esp Jones and Nzonzi who have been excellent together in the middle IMO. Samba looks a bit reckless and it was a penalty on Johnson which was luckily not given.

Based on our recent games we come out of HT asleep and concede, so lets hope that isnt the case.

Id consider a double change up front by the 60th minute. I wouldnt touch the midfield till the end. Crossing and set pieces havent been that good.

Something tells me if Croque or Niko had started we would be 1-0 up long before Duff scored. Now....cue Hoilett off for Andrews, Mame off for Emerton....or let's hope not. Would love to see Rochina gettin 15-20 mins! Phew....hands shaking so bad I can hardly type....

Hmmm, can't deny that we deserve to be level, 5Live are reporting that it was a cast iron penalty- not for me & my dodgy Spanish stream of the match, looked like Big Chris won the ball back. He was however far too casual shepherding the ball out in the first place. Much as it pains me to say it we are missing Peds' delivery at corners, Olsson seems to be struggling to clear the first man.

We really do need two specialist full-backs in the summer (whatever league we find ourselves in). Salgado has been solid enough today, but extreme pace is a test too far for him on occasions. Givet *still* tends to get caught out positionally, though having said that i'd much rather see him at LB than Olsson who is clearly a winger.

I really hope we get AT LEAST a draw from this match, I still think it's a big ask. Our front two aren't creating very much- it's largely coming through Hoilett. Would like to see Rochina on at some point purely because he's an unknown quantity and that might just challenge Fulham.

no, i'd throw rochina in at about 60 minutes, the other 2 have shown enough times that they simply dont have a whole lot to get excited about in they're game.

You used to be a critic of Niko, but got to say he'd be better than these two up front. I don't think Santa has done so much recently and would rather see Niko on myself.

Ps to someone else who commented, the optimism perhaps comes from his recent goals to games ratio. 4 in 6 or something. Plus international goals. 3 goals in 5 international games. When Niko gets chances he scores. He rarely misses sitters.
