Thank you Gumboots & Rovers_786 for your comments

It was all down to her hard work. I can't take much credit. I'm very proud of her so I posted it here.

I have a vindaloo in the fridge for tea and I'm going to Disneyworld this year

I have a holiday booked for April 21st and another for 4th June.

I will miss the last game of the season.

Is the last line the "good news", Al? ^_^

After yesterday being forced to miss a game is good news.

EDIT

Can't bring myself to do it off my own bat.

Daughter did the reports on 5 live from the Wolves-Port Vale game the other week. Guess how proud i am of her! And she's been good enough to organise her wedding for the last day of the season, so I don't have to watch us lose to Wigan.

Worst thing is, she's marrying a burnley fan.

Who your son-in-law supports is not critical. The important factor is that your future grandchildren are raised Rovers supporters. :)

Any congratulations, by the way. :tu:

Well she'll certainly be doing her best but worryingly they live in Manchester, until recently within sight of OT, and could easily becom Utd or city fans if were not vigilant

Here's a worrying factoid. Now that they have closed the town's hospital maternity ward, Blackburn-born children are now being 'phased out' to be replaced by Burnley-born ones. :(

Don't worry, you can get the choice of "Burnley" or "East Lancashire" on the place of birth section of the birth certificate.
